[ PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT ]
As we continue to grow and responding to different market opportunities, we have decided to change our name from Reqa Mavericks Design to Maverickville Creative

Reqa was originally created back in 2015 which homonyms to the Malay word “Reka” (that means design).

Since our relocation to Australia, our audience has changed and as we aim to stay relevant to the local market without losing our origin roots, we have decided to make the decision to evolve ourselves to be known as Maverickville Creative.

Being a Maverick is still one of our core values.

We are a husband and wife creative duos that are non-conformist in our ideas: in a naturally- unfolding sequence of creative approach and not via striving.

We believe every startups and fresh entrepreneurs has a sense of Maverick in them and we made it our goal to maintain that sense in them on their emerging branding journey.

We have been privileged to do a rebranding work for Tasmanie Voyage, a French-language travel and tour agency based in Hobart.

William the new Owner recently took over this 15 year old business and is keen to broadening the appeal towards the younger end of the market.

Words like “bespoke” self-drive and fully guided “personalised” trips around Tasmania to the French-speaking market were important for this “unique” brand.

Our little think-tank team got together and came up with the design of using a human finger print to encapsulates the iconic Cradle Mountain.

We would like to wish William and his fam all the very best in his new and exciting venture.
