🙅🏾‍♀️ What NOT to do when designing a printed event poster...

1) Low contrast text🔍 - If it's hard to read, your audience will keep walking.

2) Low quality images 📸 - It's sad to say but poor images, suggest a poor quality product/event (even if it's untrue!)

3) Text too close to the edge 🤏🏾 - When printing a poster, anything close to the edge of the page could be cut off during the trimming process.

4) Small event perk ⭐️ - Any perks like FREE ENTRY or GOODY BAG ON ARRIVAL should be obvious enough to attract attention.

5) Too much text 📃 - As a passer-by, would stop to read a long paragraph of information?

6) Hidden contact details 🧐 - Viewers shouldn't have to search hard for ways to get in touch and your logo should be obvious for good brand recognition.

7) Tiny secondary images 🖼 - these should compliment the design and be large enough to be seen from a distance.

8) Small important information ⚠️ - When? Where? What time? Viewers NEED this information to make quick decisions about attending the event, so these details should be prominent.
