When Dr. Dr. David Sedghi, DC and I first spoke together, he was 3-4 months away from buying his practice. At the time, his goal was to hit 100-200 visits per week within the next 12 months, and the practice he was buying averaged about 60 visits per week at the time.

Once we actually launched ads 4 months after our first call together, he ended up finishing his first month at 134 average visits per week - demolishing his 12 month goal in just the first month and a half.

Now, we started working on helping him hit his stretch 12 month goal of 200 visits per week - which happened just 3 months later.

And now? His average visits per week are sitting at 233, and all of a sudden Dr. Sedghi is now running out of space in his office and needs to figure out how to streamline his office flow so he can eventually end up around 300 visits per week - he hit his 5 year goal in 5 months, so these are some great problems to have!

Dr. Dan LeDuc had always wanted to hit the 300 visit per week milestone in his practice, and had hired 2 other agencies to try to help him get there.

And he grew for a while... but hit a plateau once he got to 200 visits per week.

Because his other agencies didn't have any way of tracking where the breakdown in the sales process, he didn't know what he needed to do on his end to finally hit the 300 visits mark for the first time.

By the time we started working with Dr. Dan, he was at 215 visits per week - and it only took him 4 months to hit 300 visits per week once he started up with us.

Dr. Ryan Warren with Warren Family Chiropractic had hired 3 other Ad Agencies over the past few years, and no matter which agency he hired, he could never get past 250 to 300 visits per week.
.. and within 2 months after hiring us, he hit 380 visits per week for the very first time - demolishing his 12 month goal of breaking 300 visits per week for the very first time, in less than a month.

He literally called me and said, "I now have more business than I know what to do with!"

So how were we able to accomplish this goal in such a short time frame, when several other agencies failed? And how do we consistently get results for DC's just like Dr. Warren, with predictability?

I'll let you in on our "secret" - advertising is something we actually focus the LEAST on with new clients.

Before we take on a client, we always identify a 12 month goal. From that goal being established, we reverse engineer a plan to hit that goal as quickly as possible - and that requires us to teach our process of how to maximize schedule rates, decrease no-shows below 10%, and close at least over 50% of reports from Facebook Ads into a care plan.

The true "secret" comes from the sales process (schedule rate, no-show rate, and close rate), and by focusing on maximizing the sales process, our clients actually end up hitting their growth goals.

From an advertising perspective, we run proven ad campaigns that effectively create leads, and after spending over $4 million on Facebook Ads alone over the past 4.5 years, we already know what works and what doesn't - so we don't have to "guess" on the advertising side, and can focus on a client's needs around sales process instead.

Dr. Emily Johnson with Full Circle Health has been working with us for the last 8 months.

When she started with us, she was renting a shared space with other health practitioners in the same building, and was seeing about 30-33 patient visits per week - all during the lockdowns we had during 2020, which also impacted her ability to market for new patients like she had before.

Now, she is in her own office space and doesn't share it with anyone else - and hit over 105 visits per week in her 8th month (3x growth).

When Dr. Chase O'Keefe with Northern Roots Family Spinal Care started working with us, his goal was to hit 400 patient visits per week by the end of the first year.

He ended up, hitting that in just the first month!

And then 2 months later, he hit 500 visits per week for the very first time.

He went from 350 patient visits per week, to over 500, in less than 3 months after hiring us.

Previously, Dr. O'Keefe had been with several other agencies who all had their own process and method - and none of them had been able to help him grow his practice as quickly.

One of the ways we've been able to help him break through his previous records, is because of our monthly calls with him (which we do with all of our clients) where we will calibrate the campaign (and make changes if necessary), and go over his schedule rate, no-show rate, close-rate, and measure them to see if there are any "problem areas" with the lead handling or sales process, and help him overcome those issues if they arise.

We've been working with Health and Healing Family Chiropractic, Inc. for the past 4 years, and their results have been phenomenal!

When we first started 4 years ago, they were in the low 200's for their visits per week, and hit a high point of 442 in the middle of 2020 - so in essence, they doubled their practice in those 4 years we have been working together.

It's been awesome to see their growth and journey over the past 4 years, and we're overjoyed to have been such a big part of their success in helping them get to where they are today.

A month before Dr's Nate Andersen and Kelsey Andersen opened 360 Wellness Chiropractic & Physical Therapy in August of 2020, they gave me a call to talk about working with us to help them find new patients for their brand new practice.

At the time, they were moving away from California to Wisconsin, and opening their practice during a pandemic (which limited their marketing/advertising options).

Also, because they were opening a brand new practice, there were no exising patients in a database they could reactivate.

And yet, despite the odds that were against them, they went from 0 to 146 patient visits per week in just 6 months! In fact, they went from 0 to 100 visits in just the first 2.5 months alone.

Don't get me wrong - these docs were already rockstars from the start, but with their hunger and desire to grow quickly and help their community combined with our exclusive advertising system, they were able to compound their efforts into explosive growth in a very short time frame.

On August 1st, 2020 - Dr. Diego Bignone at Dr. Diego Bignone, DC started his brand new practice, and was sitting at zero patient visits, zero new patients, zero referral sources, and zero patients in a database he could reactivate (since he didn't buy a practice).
.. and in just 5 short months, he hit an average of 200 visits per week, during a pandemic, in one of the most "locked down" states in the United States (California).

In fact, he went from 0 to 100 average visits per week in just the first 2.5 months (which I'm sure is some sort of a record amongst other DC's).

And he did this 100% with our advertising system, and exclusive process that we teach to each doctor that joins us.... not a single other marketing or advertising source whatsoever.

I know what you're thinking - it seems too good to be true, right? How is it possible that someone could open up a brand new practice in the middle of a pandemic, use only one marketing/advertising source, and somehow hit 200 visits per week in just the first 5 months?

Two words: Focus, and Ex*****on.

Since talks, screenings, and events weren't an option for him, he went "all in" on our advertising system, and even went above and beyond what we initially taught him so that he could truly maximize every single opportunity that was presented to him.

He worked more hours, called leads 2-3x more on average than most of our other docs, tried to get 2-3x more referrals from each patient that came in from our ads - he even sent messages to all people who liked or commented on his ads (and he even got an average of 10-20 "free leads" per month by doing this too!)

Dr. Diego is a prime example of a DC who truly gives 120% to everything he dedicates himself to, and his blend of hard work combined with our advertising system, catapulted him to such a huge number of visits in record time.

He also already outgrew the office he was sharing/renting with a different doc, and is about to move into a new office 2-3 miles away with 2x more space than his current one - and he's got all the confidence in the world that he's going to hit his goal of 400 visits per week in record time.

The results that Dr. Matt Zager with Zager Family Chiropractic in Shakopee, Minnesota literally doubled his average visits per week in just 2 months, from 65 visits, to 110 visits per week after working with us.

We've been working with Dr. Ben Bowles with Bowles Family Chiropractic in Roswell, New Mexico for over 3.5 years now.

I stopped by to chat with a very familiar face, Dr. Tim Yoder with Yoder Chiropractic Center in Vancouver, Washington, to talk about his experience in working with us non-stop over the past 4 years straight without a break for even a single month.

Because of the pandemic, a lot of his other marketing options that he used to augment his Facebook ads (like events and talks), vanished - and he leaned in even more into Facebook, to great success.
