Here's the big difference between a website and social media:

If I stop posting on social media, I fade out of existence.

If I do nothing on my well-established website, Google continues to index, rank, and show my website pages in search results.

When you stop posting on social media, you eventually disappear.

A website, on the other hand, burns slowly and gains momentum over time:

↳ Content takes longer to create and publish.

↳ Seeing the results of a good SEO strategy takes time.

↳ Domain authority is built over months and years.

↳ There’s no going viral.

But a website is very forgiving - if you take a break for a few weeks, it's not going to meltdown and dramatically reduce your reach.

It'll keep working for you, showing up in search results, and generating inquiries from potential clients.

Yes, you need to make sure you have a strategically designed website in the first place... something I've been helping my clients with for over 20 years.

But the time to invest in this is 𝗻𝗼𝘄.

If I were a drinker, today would have been the perfect day for a L'Chaim, as I celebrate the launch of a new project with a wonderful new client

Instead, I started a new batch of nutrient-dense kale sprouts, another nod to life.

As solopreneurs, we often find ourselves overwhelmed by the need to do more, but what if we redirected our energy and posed the question:

What is the most "nutrient-dense" action I can take now to fuel my business?"

It's often a single strategic action, done with thought and intention, that brings the greatest results.

Like:

↳ Starting that newsletter.
↳ Registering that domain and finally investing in a website.
↳ Writing that one weekly LinkedIn post you've committed to.
↳ Collaborating with others in your niche to write an article.
↳ Starting that podcast.

Just do the thing.

My older brother used to jokingly ask me, "Can you come up and snorkel with the rest of us?"

Because I always had my head buried in a book, pondering deep metaphysical ideas.

This depth and introspection have stayed with me throughout my life and are what make me particularly suited to work with holistic practitioners.

Holistic practitioners don’t sell tangible widgets or easily defined services. They offer transformative experiences and profound healing.

Crafting their brand story and reflecting it in their website and messaging requires deep inquiry—going beneath the surface to understand their unique essence and conveying it in a way that resonates with their clients.

Turns out my deep dive inclination is a good thing!

It helps me connect with the practitioners I work with on a profound level, ensuring their authentic story is reflected on their website.
