If I come across any that I missed (which I imagine I may), I will add them here, at the beginning, as Facebook won’t allow me to “insert” a post within the categories.

NANAIMO BARS - Did you know, these bars are named after Nanaimo, British Columbia, where it was popularized in the years following the Second World War? In 2006, the Nanaimo bar was declared Canada's favourite confection by a reader's poll in the National Post.

PEANUT BUTTER BALLS - I’m never quite sure if these delicious little morsels of peanut butter and chocolate should be classified as a “cookie” or a “square” …albeit, a round square!?🤷‍♀️
