Elegant and big apartment composed by 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 balcony, being located at only 15 minutes to all the main attractions in Venice, fully-furnished with new furniture, free Wi-Fi, free parking, all you need for a self-service italian breakfast ( coffee, milk, croissants ). You can easily go to Piazzale Roma ( Venice ) by bus, the apartment being

located at about 300m from the bus station. It's a really convenient solution for people who want to stay close to Venice without the thought of carrying big and heavy luggage through old steps and bridges in Venice, and just enjoying their time rested, away from the tourist crowd. Mestre railway station is also located 0.7 km away from my place. Instead, you take a bus from the airport or from the train station and leave everything here, with the bus stop just a few steps from my place and a ticket cost of 1.50 EUR
Each private room is big, clean and comfortable, meant to comfortably accommodate two people, and there are three rooms altogether. Every guest gets a key to his room, and total privacy is assured. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. There is a supermarket near the property, where you can buy all the necessary for making your own lunch or dinner, cafe's, pharmacy, convenience shop ("tobacconist's"- from where you can buy tickets for bus/tram)
The bridge is the only thing that separates us from Venice historical center
