✂️ Your child is cutting paper… but they’re actually building skills for LIFE! 👀
Today’s activity with my 4-year-old was cutting.
And you might wonder:
“Why cutting? Isn’t it just a craft?” 🤔
NOPE! 🙌🏻
In a Montessori-inspired environment, simple activities like cutting give children the opportunity to develop:
✨ Fine-motor strength
👀 Hand-eye coordination
👐🏻 Bilateral coordination — both hands working together
🧠 Concentration & focus
✍🏻 Pre-writing and pencil-control skills
💪🏻 Independence and confidence
And this is exactly why I love Montessori. ❤️
We don’t always need expensive toys to teach our children.
Sometimes a piece of paper, child-safe scissors and the right guidance are enough.
🌱 The goal isn’t to keep your child “busy.”
The goal is to give them meaningful work that helps them grow.
📌 SAVE this activity for your 4-year-old!
