Wild Turkey golf course in Hamburg, NJ, is now in the top 10 of my favorite courses I've played. From the moment I started driving up the long, winding road leading to the clubhouse, I knew it was going to be special. And the entire experience (cart, range balls, 18 holes) cost less than two NYC cocktails. After having a particularly rough day, this course was exactly what I needed. In golf, you have a lot of bad shots, which will make you want to quit over and over again, but then you have that one shot that keeps you coming back...a reminder that you can do it. There are a lot of small moving parts to good shots, and sometimes they don't line up, but when they do... it's heaven. So, yes, I had a rough day, but luckily, I have another day today.

I see you, Madrid...

One minute you're standing in front of centuries-old palaces and historic plazas, and the next you're walking past sleek architecture, rooftop bars, and buzzing neighborhoods. It's one of those cities where the old and the new somehow fit together perfectly.

We spent our days wandering through incredible landmarks, getting lost down side streets, meeting up with friends, and of course eating all the tapas... and w**e.

We'll be back for more, Madrid.

First, but absolutely not the last, time visiting Granada, Spain. While it was incredibly hot, its narrow, winding alleys were intentionally designed to stay cool, and I was absolutely obsessed with them.

While I fully enjoyed the endless amount of tapas, I did discover you can have too much of it... don't hate me.

Between the history and looking in awe at the massive cathedrals... Granada will be a place we return to again and again.

While planning the trip to Granada, Spain, Vero repeatedly told me we were going to the Alhambra. And while there, I think the number one question I got was “Are you going to the Alhambra?” I think someone asked every day.It got to a point where I was nervous I wasn’t going to like it because of the high expectations. I felt I was required to love it…

That all went away the second we walked in. I couldn’t quite wrap my head around the long history of this place. The attention to detail…the structure had a long-standing life of its own. While the U.S. was celebrating 250 years, the Alhambra said “That’s cute…Hold my 14th-century caña”

So...now I must ask...are YOU going to the Alhambra?

Everyone keeps assuming I am joking when I say “I’m loving this weather” and asking me when I’m heading back to Sint Maarten or Miami… and all I can say is “I’m built for this”

My love of old man sweaters is too strong.

2025: A series of events that escalated quickly.

We started the year in beachy Miami, with Phil finding a new love for improv comedy and with neither of us having a clue about the plot twists to come.

Then we hit Argentina, where the itinerary was 50% meeting the family (So. Many. Girls), 40% drinking Malbec in Cafayate, and 10% one of us (see the gr**go) threatening to move to Buenos Aires every time we turned a corner. 🇦🇷

The act 1 finale? Trading boarding passes for a 1,000-mile road trip. We hit St. Augustine, Savannah, and Raleigh just to prove we could survive that much time in a car together.

Apparently, we did, because on August 8th, we popped into a Manhattan courthouse and made it official. No stress, no seating charts, just us and our super star witness AP 💍

October brought a First Date, where Phil spent every night being hilarious with a British accent. Then, a London mini-moon where we went heads-on tourist. We saw The Mousetrap (and kept the secret!) and spent the rest of the time hunting for hidden gem bars like it was our full-time job.

We wrapped the year with family holidays, our first official Christmas tree, and the rude awakening of remembering what winter feels like (one of us is thriving. The other is Argentinian)

2025 you get five stars, 10/10, would recommend. 2026 you’ve got big shoes to fill!. 🥂

Visited Storm King, and wow — what a place. Giant sculptures scattered across rolling hills, blending art and nature so seamlessly that you start noticing how light, angles, and perspective can completely change the feeling of a space.

It made me appreciate how much presentation shapes emotion — the same view can tell a totally different story depending on how you approach it...much like selling a home. How you present it matters and can tell a completely different story.

Already planning my next visit — only was able to see a small portion of the map!

My first trip to London—and I feel like I barely scratched the surface. Every street felt alive with a mix of history, creativity, and constant reinvention. I could spend days exploring the architecture alone (and probably will next time).

It also got me thinking about real estate marketing—how the best content does exactly what great cities do: it tells stories that blend heritage with fresh energy. Whether it’s a historic home or a sleek new listing, there’s always a story to tell beyond square footage.

Can’t wait to go back and keep exploring—both the city and new ways to tell stories that make people fall in love with a place before they ever step inside.
