A lot of entrepreneurs resist niching because they think it means turning people away. But here’s the truth:

You can still WORK with anyone you want.

Niching is about your *marketing*, not who you choose to work with.

When you don't have a niche, you'll run into these 3 problems:

→ No one can tell if you can help them with their unique problem

→ Your messaging will be vague, so no one will know what you actually do.

→It'll sound like you're appealing to everyone, so no one will feel like you're speaking to them.

Why is this true?
Because everyone who’s looking at your business is asking: “Is this for me?”

👉 Your niche answers that question. 👀

Niching isn’t about limiting your opportunities.
🔹 It’s about making it obvious why someone should work with you. 🔹

When you niche, your messaging becomes more specific, and that helps the right clients find you.

💡 Does niching make you nervous? Tell me by leaving a Yes or No in the comments.

As we approach the year’s half-way point, are you feeling
a little behind in your marketing or your business?

Maybe you’re thinking:
How was I supposed to do all of that?
How do I catch up?
Is this even still the right direction?

If this is where you are,
here’s what I want you to know:

You aren’t behind.
And you don’t need to push harder.

A lot of things in marketing
take longer than we think they will,
especially if you’ve never done them before.

If this is the case, the best thing you can do is
pause, reflect, and ask better questions.

As an introverted business owner, your energy matters more than you think.

It affects how you show up
how you think
how you feel
and what you’re able to do at any given moment.

Most marketing advice ignores that.

It assumes you're always ready to put yourself out there:
Outgoing
High-energy
and ready to engage.

But that’s not how introverts tend to operate.

Here’s what I want you to know:
👉 It’s ok to follow your energy instead of forcing it

Having a low-energy day?
Focus on low-energy tasks.

Feeling motivated?
This is a great time for bigger, more demanding work.

Start paying attention to your energy
so you can work *with it* instead of against it.

When you do that:
✔️ Marketing feels more manageable.
✔️ Decisions get easier.
✔️ And showing up in your business feels more sustainable.

💭 I’m curious —
Do you tend to push through low-energy days…
or do you give yourself permission to step back?

Have you ever sat down to create content... but couldn't come up with a single thing to say?

Or maybe you had an idea...
but once you sat down, p**f 💨 It's gone.

That's not a creativity problem.
It's a process problem.

Most people try to come up with ideas
and create content *at the same time*.

But those two actions
coming up with ideas and creating content
use two different parts of your brain,
so it's hard to do both simultaneously.

It's much easier if you create content
in a way that leverages how your mind works.

This will make the whole process feel simpler.
More doable.
And very repeatable.

Swipe through for 3 tips to make
your content much easier to create.

I'd love to know:

If your marketing is getting views... but you're still not selling
there's a reason for that.

There’s a disconnect
between your marketing and what you sell.

I see this all the time with introverted business owners.

It’s not because you don’t want to sell (of course you do!)
But because selling feels uncomfortable.

You don’t want to come across as salesy.
Or pushy.
Or too direct.

So you market your business… but you don’t actively sell
And just hope 🤞 your service will sell itself.

And that’s where the problem lies.

Because if you don’t clearly communicate
what you offer or how you can help

People don’t know how to take the next step.
So your job is to help them see that.

Here are 3 ways to make the next step clear:
1. Talk about the work you actually do
2. Talk more about what your audience is struggling with, and how you help with that
3. Use the same words your clients use instead of your industry language

When you put these three steps in place,
your marketing works *with* your sales.
You build a sense of connection
and selling feels less salesy.

Which of these steps will you do first?
Tell me by putting a 1,2, or 3 in the comments.

If you procrastinate when you need to do your marketing, I want you to know that the problem isn’t that you’re not disciplined.

You don’t need to try harder.

The problem is usually much deeper.
And your procrastination is a signal...

It’s a signal that your marketing strategy
doesn’t actually fit you.

Maybe:
- it feels like too big of a lift
- it’s not specific enough
- it asks you to do things you don’t want to do
- it triggers imposter syndrome

So of course you avoid it!

Pushing through might get you to do it once or twice...
but that won’t make it sustainable.

Instead of asking:
“How do I stop procrastinating?”

Try asking:
👉 “What about this doesn’t fit me?”

I’d love to know:
What part of your marketing do you tend to avoid?

If you’re an introvert, you probably don’t rush into things.
You think it through, you plan...

You want it to feel right before you dig in.

And that can be a strength…

But sometimes that desire to feel ready
turns into waiting longer than you need to.

Waiting until you have more experience.
More time.
More certainty.

And waiting can *feel* productive…
But it’s actually keeping you from starting.

Because when you're not quite ready yet,
you don’t have to take the risk today.

Here’s the shift I want to offer:
You don’t need to figure it all out.

👉 You just need to decide what the next step is.

That’s where momentum begins.
That’s where confidence grows.

And that big, overwhelming future?

It becomes something you can handle
when you take it one step at a time.

So let me ask you…
What’s one thing you’ve been waiting to feel ready for?

You can share it here, or tell me in a DM if that feels better. 💜

Do you ever try to *not* be an introvert?

Like you try to be more outgoing
think faster
be more spontaneous...
..but your brain just doesn't seem to work that way?

Oh — and it's super uncomfortable!

I want you to hear this:
There's no need to change the way you are.

Being an introvert isn't just about your personality.
👉 Your brain actually processes stimulation differently.

So when something feels:
fast-paced
on-the-spot
or like you have to decide something quickly…

it makes sense that it feels overwhelming.

The real challenge is 👇
resisting the urge to show up as someone you’re not... 👀

Because that’s when your marketing starts to feel heavy.

Not because you’re doing it wrong.
But because you’re trying to use a style of marketing
that doesn’t match how you naturally operate.

When you work with your brain (instead of against it)
things get easier.

You can:
✨ Take time to think before you share
✨ Go deeper instead of working faster
✨ Create in a way that actually feels good to you

And that’s where your strength is.

You don’t need to change who you are
to make your marketing work.

You need a way of marketing
that works because of who you are.

I'd love to know:
👉 Do you tend to be more spontaneous…
or do you prefer having time to think things through?

If you're an introvert and marketing feels like it's sucking the life out of you, the problem isn't the amount of effort you're putting in...

It's the plan you've been following.

Most marketing strategies are biased toward extroverts.

So when you try to follow them...

It feels like you're pretending to be someone else.
It feels like your marketing is out of alignment
with how you prefer to show up
and that makes it hard to stay consistent.

Doing more of that isn't going to fix it.

👉 What you need is a better plan.

One that:
✔️ Works with your introverted style
✔️ Lets you show up authentically
✔️ Doesn't feel overwhelming

So it's a plan you can actually sustain.

When your marketing fits you...
everything gets easier.

Having the right plan changes everything. 🌟

30/04/2026

For most of my life, I thought I was an extrovert.
So I did what I thought I was supposed to do:

I tried to be more outgoing.
More visible.
More comfortable with people I didn't know.

Basically… I acted like an extrovert.
And when I felt resistance, I fought it.

I forced myself to do things, like:
- talk to people I didn't know
- jump into a group of people and try to participate
- put myself out there constantly
..and then I'd go home and hide
I'd sink into books and go for long walks

I didn't know at the time that I was
resting and recovering.
It just felt like relief.

The whole time, I'd berate myself because it was such a struggle.
I found myself asking: What was wrong with me?

What I didn’t understand at the time was this:
That extroverted version of me wasn’t my personality.
It was a survival strategy. 👀

It wasn't until I started working with introverts that I realized—
Oh! This is me!

And that the qualities I’d been fighting against
are the aspects of my personality
that make me good at what I do.

I listen deeply.
I notice nuance.
I connect best in smaller, more intentional spaces.

When I stopped trying to market like everyone else,
and started aligning my marketing with how I’m actually wired,
something shifted.

My business felt calmer.
My confidence increased.
And I no longer felt invisible.

If you’ve ever felt like you had to become someone else to succeed,
I want you to know:

You don’t have to fit into someone else’s mold.
You get to create your own.

And being different doesn’t make you wrong or invisible.
It makes you distinct.

This is the lens I bring to my marketing and my work with clients.
If it resonates, you’re in the right place.

Follow me if you want to lean into your introversion and market your business in a way that actually feels like you.

You sit down to work on your marketing,
but it feels like too much…so you procrastinate.

Or… you tweak and adjust things,
trying to get it just right…
and get stuck in perfectionism.

Sound familiar?

That’s not a discipline problem.

It’s a mismatch.

It's a sign that you're trying to fit into a marketing strategy
that doesn't fit your introverted strengths.

When something doesn’t fit,
of course it feels uncomfortable.
of course you avoid it.
or try to get it perfect before you put it out there.

Not because you’re bad at marketing.

But because the way you’re trying to do it
doesn’t actually fit how you operate.

I’m curious — where do you get stuck?
Do you tend to procrastinate more…
or do you try to make your content perfect?
