Please consider submitting your best research to JCR’s upcoming Special Anniversary Issue—to be published in June 2024, exactly fifty years after the Inaugural Issue of June 1974.

This issue will pay tribute to the diverse and multi-disciplinary nature of consumer research.

Submissions for the issue will begin on March 1, 2022 and close on May 31, 2022.

The Wall Street Journal covered Rita Ngoc To and Vanessa Patrick's recent JCR article about the impact of eye gaze direction on ad effectiveness.

New research suggests having a model look away from the camera makes an emotional ad more effective; the opposite is true of an ad designed to be informative.
