Charlene Fagan has taken her role as a Trainer and Workshop Facilitator to the next level, knowing that she is living her dream and doing her life's work. She also dared herself to realize her full potential by taking control of her life and making the best of it in all situations. She presently works as a professor in the Social Science faculty at Sheridan College in Ontario Canada. Here Charlene
has been delivering college courses to a diverse population in the areas of Human Relations, Living and Working In A Diverse Society, and Sociology
Charlene also returned to Jamaica in 2013 - 2014 on a one year contract as a Lecturer in the area of Entrepreneurship at the University of Technology. This she believed, was her way of contributing to her nation where her services were relevant. She also facilitated various workshops for organizations, service clubs, as well as small groups. She believes that as our world changes, human development must become paramount to business; therefore personal development training, and effective customer relations are two of the key elements to the success of any business organization. As a Speaker and Workshop Facilitator, Charlene has been working with others by assisting them to tap into their worth by engaging in personal development activities. Presently she is on a mission poised for positive mobility and greatness. She possesses a proven track record with quantitative and qualitative results of her work. Charlene is also the creator of an event she dubbed, “The Phenomenal Woman Show”. This annual event was first hosted in Canada and subsequently Jamaica in 2011. The event attracts women as the primary participants, though men are welcome and have attended. Here is where women come together and celebrate their triumphs and joys while connecting with each other in a spirit of oneness. A fun-filled occasion, it also provides opportunities for business networking, socializing, and empowerment. Never a woman to take a break, Charlene recently put her entrepreneurial skills to task and co-owns a boutique in Kingston which serves both males and females. Tun Yu Han is a boutique which carries an eclectic mix of fashion, inspirational wall hangings, motivational books, and home décor items. Many of these items are re-purposed, as she is a strong proponent of going “green.” Quaint and whimsical are the words to describe this little escape, she calls her baby. Added to her repertoire is the title of Author, of a recently published E-book (her first ) titled, “25 Of Life’s Simple Pleasures – that make life worth living.”
