Residents are coming together to design a 20 year plan that is already reducing crime and is expected to attract new business, investment and new residents just in time for the arrival of the Obama Presidential Center.

Tomorrow wraps the Quad Communities Development Corporation's 2016 event series! We kept buzzing all year long with programming designed to promote and increase engagement for small businesses through out the neighborhood. Check out their new site: www.qcdc.org

Tomorrow (12/3) the Open House Bronzeville Tour kicks off with refreshments and a panel discussion with representatives from Seaway Bank and Trust Company, Illinois Service Federal Savings & Loan and the Chicago Association of REALTORS, covering subject areas such as business loans and lending expectations, and commercial leasing processes.

Followed by a tour of the these availble properties:

Today is a big day for the south side of Chicago! The final proposal for the Obama Presidential Library South Side will be submitted today. The economic impact will be tremendous if the decision is made to bring it to the south side. Special thanks to the many friends of HSMPR that used their voices and platforms to help spread the word.
