Introducing WMG Intern Neema Mungai

Hometown: North Andover, MA

Neema is a sophomore at Howard University majoring in Public Relations with a minor in Political Science. She is a member of Howard’s Freshman Leadership Academy where she serves as the Community Service Coordinator. Neema also serves as the secretary of the International Affairs Society and is a member of the Howard University chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America.

This is Neema’s first year with WMG. “I only recently changed my career interests to public relations, specifically in handeling PR for politics and government, so I’m excited to learn more about how the organization operates and what a career in public relations could entail.“

Introducing WMG Fellow Mika Takahashi

Hometown: Kailua, HI

Mika is a senior at the George Washington University double majoring in Political Communications and Dance. She is a four-year member and two-year captain of the GW First Ladies Dance Team as well as a sister of the Alpha Pi chapter of Alpha Delta Pi. Mika also serves as the Design and Publicity Chair of the GW Hawaii Club and a School of Media and Public Affairs Ambassador. This is Mika’s second semester with WMG.
