COMING SOON: SM CITY ZAMBOANGA!

After we have opened SM City Mindpro in 2020 amidst the pandemic, another SM Supermall is expected to groundbreak in the City, the 2nd in the region, under the Climaco administration.

After securing an Environmental Compliance Certificate from DENR, SM City Zamboanga is expected to be bigger than SM City Mindpro with a projected floor area of 49,102 square meters within its 25,655 square meters property along Nuñez Extension. Once opened, the mall will provide more options and brands, a new shopping experience and a plethora of job opportunities for the people in the City and across the region.

By almost every measure, Zamboanga is in a better, stronger place than it was before when we started.

Our economy has grown exponentially from 8,397 registered businesses in 2013 to more than 12,000 businesses in 2021 and we are projecting more growth this year and the years to come.

With all our development work, the infrastructure projects we have poured in and our enhanced peace and order situation with zero bombing, zero kidnapping, zero piracy and a consistently decreasing crime rate – we have seen an influx of businesses and investors coming in to the City for the last nine years creating an unprecedented increase of jobs and livelihood opportunities for our people. El pregunta, este plano para planta otro pa maga pantalan o seaport di kien ba este interest? claro cay de negocio lang para sila el keda rico. Si ele y su pamilya el agara con este, alyi ya tambien entra na di ila pantalan el otro pa maga illegal trabaho y produkto como droga, smuggling y otro pa.
