“What did you get for Diwali from the org this year?”That’s usually how the conversations go around offices just before Diwali.
But at FirstHive, there’s one group that flips that question beautifully.Our Samarpan team - a bunch of passionate CSR volunteers - comes together to ask, “What can we do for those who are less privileged than us?”
Every year, they walk the streets to see who needs help the most - people living in truly difficult circumstances - and find ways to bring a little light into their lives. They identify causes, coordinate efforts, and donate - before they begin their own family celebrations.
It’s not about CSR checkboxes. It’s about carrying forward the true spirit of Diwali - to give before we receive.
I’m super proud to work alongside people who live this value every single year. Thank you, Team Samarpan, for lighting up so many lives and carrying forward the true spirit of Diwali.

🎉 6 Years of Growth, Challenges, and Triumphs! 🎉

A startup journey is never easy, but it’s always worth it. Six years ago, we took a leap of faith, armed only with a vision and a passionate team. Since then, we’ve faced our share of challenges, setbacks, and moments of doubt—but also countless triumphs, learnings, and unforgettable milestones.

To celebrate, we had a special moment to reflect with our leadership team during a thought-provoking session. We also had fun activities, recognized standout achievements with fun and sports awards, and witnessed the incredible talent showcase from our own employees—proof of the creativity and passion that make our team truly special.

While we missed having everyone in person, we’re grateful for the opportunity to connect, share, and celebrate together. It’s these moments of bonding and growth that remind us why we keep pushing forward.
