Vår identitet till The Flying Elk som vi skapade för 5 år sedan har nu fått ett nytt lyft med en systerrestaurang i Hongkong. Stefan var nere under 10 dagar för öppningen.

On the 26th of June we opened up The Flying Elk Hong Kong.

We are working on a new cookbook with chef Tommy Myllymäki, photographer Charlie Drevstam and Maria Nilsson at Natur & Kultur. This is the fifth book with Tommy and the team and this time it is salad on the plate.

In mid-November, chef and restaurateur Björn Frantzén will be opening his first restaurant outside Sweden. Frantzén’s Kitchen in central Hong Kong will be a modern bistro with influences from both Nordic and Asian cuisines.

We are very excited to be a part of the process.

Kungl. Myntkabinettet has recently opened a room for kids to learn more about economics. We have been part of designing the experience in collaboration with Bold and Samir Alj Fält. It's only one part of the room that has opened yet, so more to come.

"Economics affects all of us, even if we are not always aware of it. Pengalabbet is a place for creativity and learning. Here you can play with and discover the world of economics."
