Customer Service Representative Job Description: 10 Positions
We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints along with managing the sales of the company. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across several communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Inquiry (get all the details necessary for getting price quote ready for the project)
Follow-up (once you send the price quote to the respective client, drop a follow-up email the next day and then send follow-ups after one week till he/she reply)
Designing (get the artwork and all the details in the required format by designer, all details should be in the folder)
Approval (get everything approved that includes the project, designing, artwork, sizing, deadline, final sheets, etc.)
Production Follow-up (once the project has been sent for production, stay updated and share the deadline of the project with the Production Team, if any)
Delivery Follow-up (once the project has been shipped to the respective client’s address, get the tracking number and track the shipment every day and stay in a continuous follow up with Shipping Team)
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Must be an Intermediate or Graduated from HEC recognized University.
Must be able to use MS Office and Google Online Sheets.
Must have experience in Email using Outlook, Gmail etc.
Must be Fluent in Spoken English.
Typing Speed must be Accurate with a WPM of 25-30.
