Our vision
We envision a quick, cost-effective and diverse content option, from a Romanian talent pool, rubber-stamped with an excellent quality.
Our experience in advertising revealed us the market need for a more fluid and cost efficient approach to content production. Brands have tried to achieve this by themselves, having a direct link to independent production companies. Some have worked but, as a rule, they can be hit-and-miss, lacking any strategic oversight, brand knowledge and creative guidance.
This is where Flota, connecting talents, comes in.
We are building a system of talent ‘tiers’ which can deliver content to different solutions and budgets. We offer support at certain touch points, thereby streamlining the process and reducing overall costs to the brand, whilst simultaneously offering more quality control than competitors.
