Printing Images: The standard resolution an image needs to be to print, is 300dpl or over. Anything below this will result in poor quality printing.
Printing colours: Please be aware that the colours of products viewed on a device compared to actual printed items may slightly differ. Also be aware that any RGB designs will be converted to CMYK Colour space when printed.

Both Christian and non Christian customers are invited to use our services.There are times that I am asked to make products that goes against my own personal beliefs as a Christian. In these small cases I have the right to refuse. Examples being products that promote:: Hate, racism, bullying, non Christian religions, LBGT. new genders, new age teachings, have a sexual nature.
Returns Policy: Personalised products are made to order, so we do not accept returns on personalised products, unless they are damaged, or have been designed wrong by us.
Returns Policy: Ready made products are welcome to be returned if the products arrive wrong, or have been damaged in transit.
Returns Policy: In all cases buyers will be asked to give us photographic evidence of the items they received, and also of the packaging the items come in before returns take place.
Privacy: We do not share your personal information with any other parties. Any customer products that we show during adverting, are only shown if customers have agreed that their products can be used.
Delivery. Sorry, we only deliver to customers within the United Kingdom. Delivery is included in the price on most products unless stated otherwise. Please remember when ordering for an occasion please order early as personalised items have to be made.
