Here’s the advice most coaches *don’t* want to hear about creating an online course 👇

If you want passive Stripe notifications instead of back-to-back sales calls, the mistake is trying to build a “scalable” course first.

Most people obsess over:
• modules
• platforms

None of that creates sales or results.

First build:

You can sell, but it takes too much explaining.

When our client came to us, she was already running retreats she believed in, investing heavily in coaching, and showing up consistently.

A realistic day in the life of a 7-figure coach maybe doesn’t look very impressive on the internet.
And that’s kind of the point.

I don’t wake up to chaos, urgency, or a packed calendar.
I wake up slowly. I regulate my nervous system. I move my body. I eat real food. I walk my dog.
Only then do I work.

Not because I’m lazy, but because my clarity and capacity are business assets.

Here’s the part most coaches miss:

You don’t get more results by working super hard
You get results based on how well you think, and how smart your systems are.

I didn’t build a 7-figure business by cramming my days with calls or being available to everyone. I built it by:

• designing leveraged offers so that the time I spend with clients is super valuable
• doing deep work when my brain is actually online (and not expecting 12 hours of productivity)
• structuring my day so I get to enjoy the things I love, like nature (and matcha)

The meditation, the qi gong, the walks, the slow mornings - none of that is fluff.
It’s how I stay regulated enough to make decisions, lead well, and build things that last.

You don’t need 100-hour weeks.
You don’t need to sacrifice your health.
You don’t need a chaotic or “aspirational” life to succeed.

That’s the ceiling most coaches hit - and it’s not because they’re doing it wrong.

You already know how to sell.
You know how to create content.

If posting more was the answer, you’d feel calmer by now.

But instead:
• If you miss a few days, things slow
• Every post feels high-stakes
• You’re always “on”
• And it still feels fragile

That’s not a consistency problem.
That’s a your-business-only-works-when-you’re-present problem.

Here’s what I see all the time:

Every post is trying to do too much.

One post is expected to:
• introduce you
• explain what you do
• build trust
• handle objections
• sell

All at once.

So when you stop posting, there’s nothing else holding the business up.

No clear place where someone can:
• really understand your offer
• see if they’re the right fit
• move closer without DMing you

Which means you become the system.

You don’t need sales calls to sell high-ticket coaching in 2026.

If you’re booked, selling, and getting clients results… but your calendar is the bottleneck, I get it.

You’re on calls in the evenings, catching up on DMs on weekends, and the only way to “scale” feels like either doing more calls… or hiring someone to sell for you (then managing them).

Deep down you know: I don’t want my income tied to my availability forever.

Most coaches think “selling without calls” means: a better sales page, a cleaner funnel, a fancy webinar.

But a no-call sale happens when your ecosystem does the sales call for you.

A sales call does 3 jobs:

- answers objections
- builds trust
- creates urgency to decide

Remove the call and most people remove all three elements, then sales drop.

The fix is touchpoints + depth: enough exposure to trust you, and enough clarity to decide without “talking it through.”

Here’s the no-call system:

They might like your content.
