Why do we live so healthy? Why do we make 99% ourselves?
Well, all around us we hear people talk about getting cancer, heart disease, stroke. We want to limit our chances of such health conditions as much as we can.

We've already been living with Lyme disease for many years, and while it gave is us many horrifying symptoms, it did put us on the path of the healthy life.

The path of healing.

That's why we want to share recipes that have the ability to have you feel better in life & which also changes the lives of others. Them being the many cows, pigs, chickens, geese and all the other animals who suffer for the food that makes us sick.

Let us all lead a happier, healthier and more merciful life.

Want a healthy & easy to make dish for your breakfast?
Want it to be nutritious, filling and high in protein?
Give this homemade granola recipe a go!
You can make it in the evenings and save it in a glass bowl for the morning.

Add fruits as you go if you're a fruit maniac like i am!

Ingredients for this easy dish:
125 gr of oats,
1/4th cup of hazelnuts,
1/4th cup of walnuts,
1/4th cup of pecans,
1/4th cup of pumpkin seeds,
1/4th cup of h**p seeds,
Cinnamon as you desire!

Preheat the oven tot 180 degrees
Pop it in the oven for 10 minutes.❤️
Want chunkier oatmeal bits? Add in coconut oil before placing it in the oven.

Our vegetable soup recipe that contains no vegetable stock is officialy out!!! 😃🤭
Because of the amazingly nice herbs, it's full of taste.❤️ And that without an unhealthy block of additives.
Nothing but healthiness in a bowl.

Soon the meatball recipe will air as well!🙌🙌

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil,
2 onions,
A big carrot,
3 small potatoes,
2 stalks of leek,
2 stalks of celery,
One full broccoli plus the stem,
1 tsp Cajun spice mix,
1 tsp Celtic Salt,
1 tsp Turmeric,
1/2th tsp black pepper.

Our very very own delicious homemade tartare sauce! 🥰
And as you can see mum takes the tasting very very seriously.🤣🤣

Ingredients:
200 gr silken tofu,
1 clove of garlic,
4 sticks of fresh dill,
1 baby cucumber,
1 small brown onion,
1/4th teaspoon Celtic Salt,
1/4th teaspoon black pepper.

Onze eigen zelf verzonnen tartaar saus! Die ook nog eens ontzettend lekker is.
Zoals je kan zien neemt m'n moeder het proeven zeer serieus.🤣🤣

Ingrediënten:
200gr silken tofu,
1 teentje knoflook,
4 takjes verse dille,
1 baby komkommer,
1 kleine bruine ui,
1/4de theelepel Keltisch zout,
1/4de theelepel zwarte peper.
