Hi Everyone
Adobe Muse had issues opening so for Windows PC's
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\IPC
change the .exe file to .e~e thus making it unuseable
AdobeIPCBroker.exe
change to
AdobeIPCBroker.e~e
If you want to re install Muse
Login to your Adobe account
Open your Adobe CC App
Click on your picture
Click Preferences
Click APPS on the Left
Scroll down to a little button says Show Older Apps
Turn that on
You will then see and be able to install Muse
This shows up on the Windows App version but I cannot see it on the Mac verision

Hello, my solution to this problem is simple like adding any letter to this file
(AdobeIPCBroker) example AdobeIPCBrokerSSSS
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\IPC
copy and paste in your explorer or just follow the route

Works perfect on Windows not sure where the file is on mac or even if that file exists for mac I have copied Muse from my older mac on to a new M2 macbook pro and it's working Thanks Star how did you know to change that file?
