Today is world Kindness Day! And because we all need a little light right now, we’re celebrating with a look at one of our favourite brands that we’ve had the pleasure of building.

KidKind is a unique kids camp that turns everyday activities into more empathic movements for their communities. KidKind was born with a playful and back-to-basics identity aligning to the ethos that simple gestures make for immense impact.

As a big “Thank you” to our community, Aperkoo is creatively supporting to reach their goals in helping at-risk, socially isolated women and trans people in Toronto who are homeless or precariously housed. We partnered with to create their Gratitude Week campaign that continues to pay it forward. It takes a village and we are honoured to be part Sistering’s. ♥️

Aperkoo was created out of a desire to work with like-minded people who want to create and make change. What we didn’t expect was the amount of empowered women who also wanted to do it and be symbols of change themselves. Today, we honour all the women we have had the privilege to work with, who have supported us in our endeavours and those we have supported to bring their vision to life. Without all the female illustrators, photographers, stylists, writers, strategists, designers, producers, visionary entrepreneurs and creatives in our lives, Aperkoo wouldn’t be where it is today.
