As a marketer and course director, my brain is usually running at 100 miles per hour, managing campaigns, students, and strategies.
But this weekend, I did something radical for my business. I completely unplugged and attended a sauna ritual
Instead of tracking metrics, I spent hours immersed in heat, steam, and intentional mindfulness. No screens. No notifications. Just a total physical and mental reset.
We often glorify the hustle, but true innovation requires resetting, relaxing, and allowing our brains to breathe. Stepping away from the desk isn’t slacking off, it’s a critical business strategy. By allowing my mind to fully unwind, I walked away with floods of fresh creativity, sharp mental clarity to tackle my upcoming course launches, and a fully recharged battery to lead my team with high energy.
