Closing day is always a good day especially when you get the all funded call ....until you show up to the house ahead of your buyer to find movers who don't speak much English with empty moving trucks and an unpacked house. I remained calm but had to step out of my comfort zone on this one and be assertive. The decision was made to clear a spot for the buyer to start unloading while we continued to pack, clean and load. Frustrations were high on both sides, but one thing changed it all.......service. Here were 2 families serving one another. 1 family leaving their cherished home of 20+ years and 1 embarking on their new journey in this beautiful home. After over 24 hours of moving, both families are finally settled in their new homes. Hard working is one of the values I bring to the table being your agent. This transaction was a hard one from start to finish. I'm glad it is all done and I can finally collapse in my bed knowing everyone is all settled and happy.

Busy day! Alexiss and I cleaned 4 houses and I still had time for lunch before my 2p inspection time. Love that my niece and I work so well together. Although she probably wants to kick me at times 🤣🤣🤣. Inspections can be scary for buyers and sellers.This inspection today is going great, sometimes they do not go as well as we would like. However, with the right group of agents on both sides( me as one 🤣) a great lender (Russ Miller) and a great inspector ( Chris Giles with Amerispec ) all working together with the same end goal in mind.... the fear is calmed and things get worked out. I love helping people. That's what I do in everything I do, is help people. So grateful I listened to what God was telling me to do years ago vs what others were telling me to do. Alot of people, agents in particular, thought doing both the cleaning company and real estate was a bad idea. God told me otherwise and I decided to stay on the course doing both. So happy I listened that day and to listen with regards to my businesses. Sometimes I get overwhelmed and frustrated, but I wouldn't change any of it. Today was a busy day! 1 clients closing of their sale and same clients accepted offer on the same day! Plus all my normal shenanigans and cleaning . 🥰 I love what I do and I get to do all of it with my favorite peeps in the world.....my family.

Ok. Please note that I'm not gloating on this, but just really excited about achieving this goal. I wrote this goal down and thought it might be achievable but then changed my mindset and got to work. I've worked hard to get here this year and want to share this achievement with my clients, friends and family that have helped me get here. Cleaning clients too, as they've had to deal with me rescheduling on occasion to make closings, show houses etc. I can't do any of it without the support of everyone in my circle. I love you all and thank you for helping me stop dreaming and start believing in myself. Kim Magaletta....I made the list!!!
