TIFF film and multimedia design

TIFF is looking for a junior - out of varsity - designer capable of creating 2D/3D characters for Adobe Character Animator. The Characters will form part of an ensemble for a Youtube Channel Series that will be ongoing.
As the production grows, there's room to become full-time employed.
Must be able to travel for in-person briefings, but also work independently and remotely.

You will work closely with the Creative Director, also a Team of Editors and Videographers.

PERSONALITY:
- A positive can do/learn attitude.
- A sense of GLOBAL understanding for people.
- A good understanding and RESPECT for religious and social matters.
- Open minded and Fun.
- Must love Reading/Researching

WOULD BE NICE:
Ability to create Intros/slides in AfterEffects will be a bonus, but not a must.
PROGRAMS:
Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects or other software you can replicate 3-Dimensionality in your creations.
