Say hello to one of our newest Emerging Leaders, Will Ellison!

Will graduated from Clemson’s Graphic Communications program in 2024 and has already jumped headfirst into the industry at Martin Printing in Easley, SC. He runs their Xerox digital press, producing everything from local magazines to promo pieces for customers across the state.

He’s also building out Martin’s online storefront and loves jumping into creative, in-house design projects whenever the team calls for it.

We’re excited to have Will in the EL crew and can’t wait to watch his print journey unfold!

Print Your Path — Then Light the Way (Throwback Thursday Edition)

Yesterday was one of those moments that reminds us why we do what we do. One of our Emerging Leaders returned to their alma mater to speak with students in the same Commercial Graphics program where their journey began — while another hosted a group of curious high school students at their print shop.

From student to speaker. From classroom to career.

These full-circle experiences highlight the power of mentorship in the print industry. Whether it’s inspiring future designers, prepress pros, or press operators, our mission is simple: open doors and light the way forward. 💡⏩

A great second session for the Emerging Leaders Book Club with Peter Muir!

This month, we focused on Empathetic Perspective. Our Emerging Leaders applied the skills from this session to both their professional and personal lives.
