Hey Kids, check out my new poem, Free Flow — an excerpt from my book, Ethereal Love.

"Neither in a rush nor in a hurry;
We vowed to let go of our insecurities.
Excluding all of our expectations;
We adapted to the free flow of things.

Besides the vibe of our energies mixing;
And the guiding of our hearts’ intentions;
We hoped to enjoy whatever we’d find
In the midst of this experience, together…"

Hey Kids, check out my new poem, Happening — an excerpt from my book, Ethereal Love.

"Time flew by.
Life went on.
I continued living,
While you continued being.

Days grew shorter.
Moments seemed longer.
Silence took over.

But, our minds screamed a little bit louder
For something to happen for us…"

Hey Kids, check out my new poem, Old Fashioned — an excerpt from my book, Ethereal Love.

"With a pen in hand,
I wrote my number upon your palm.

With your phone in hand,
You chuckled while intrigued.
Calling me old-fashioned."

Hey Kids, check out my new poem, School Kids— an excerpt from my book, Ethereal Love.

"With no plans or place to go, we roamed the city. Walking down unknown paths, we seized the moment and took in the scenery.

Unsure of what to say, we played the game of staring and then looking away like school kids. In all innocence and ignorance, we taunted each other while monkeying-around until we felt comfortable.

With laughter as loud as the music blaring from our phones, our conversation fell in sync with our stride and vibes. We found ourselves familiar, while visiting an old school yard."

Hey Kids, check out my new poem, Elevators — an excerpt from my book, Ethereal Love.

"I’ve never liked small spaces.
The constant ups and downs;
Being confined behind closed doors.
Waiting to arrive at destinations;

I’ve never been a fan of elevators.

Yet, here I am, patiently waiting;
Except this time,
I was intrigued by the ride.
Something changed when you stepped in
Before the doors closed;"

Hey Kids, check out my new poem, Mere Stranger — an excerpt from my book, Ethereal Love.

"There I was – minding my business; until I laid eyes upon you. At that moment, I realized – not even the wonders of the world could compare to your magnificence.

My lip quivered in fear as I observed your splendor. Your essence left me in awe as you walked across the floor, lighting up my darkened mind.

I grew still as adoration began to tug upon my forlorn heart, causing me to desire – all you had to offer, although you were just a mere stranger."
