What can you do help prevent the spread of Covid-19 as a business owner?

1. Clean all areas thoroughly several times a day and all commonly touched surfaces (door handles, computer screens, sinks etc) should be disinfected more often.

2. All employees should wash their hands every 30 minutes for at least 20 seconds. Use a hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

3. Cover your coughs or sneezes with tissue, throw it away, and then wash hands throughly.

4. Prevent large groups of people in one location. If employees can telecommute even better or cut down on employee shifts.

5. Host online meetings via Zoom versus face to face.

6. If an you or an employee are showing symptoms of Covid-19 please quarantine yourself at home and call your local Heath department to administer a test. Only go to an emergency or clinic if your shootings are sever (unable to breath, lips turning blue, high fever etc).

I have been paying close attention to the feedback my clients give during the brand design process and have made some amazing changes for 2019... 🌟

The biggest change is the focus of the process. Instead of giving clients a workbook or "homework" to fill out I'm going to a more collaborative process that focuses on the foundation of the brand. Regular meeting via zoom or over the phone where we can dig deeper and This means focusing on developing the message of your brand and how it resonates with your ideal audience. 🌟

I spent a lot of time going back and forth on whether I would ever write this blog pos (link in comments). There area a million other posts I want to write and after a year of not writing anything I felt I owed my followers and audience at least some sort of an explanation as to what has been going on behind the scenes.

So here it is... I suffer from anxiety and depression, a result of an abusive marriage that ended years ago and an autoimmune disorder that sends my hormones into overdrive with regularity. It's not a sob story, it's just my story.

For over a year I have been stuck in my own head listening to all the hateful things my inner voice has been telling me. For a long time I pushed through the noise and got up everyday and did what I needed to do. Then I just stopped blocking the voice and let it lead me into what can only be described as a black hole. A year later and I am slowly but surely pulling myself up by m boost straps and getting myself back into a right mindset. I almost gave up. I almost quit my business, but

I'm here today to tell anyone who may be struggling with depression that there is a light on the other side. Feed you soul and don't beat yourself up on the bad days.
