Exciting update!
Over the past several years, I’ve had the incredible privilege of partnering with businesses and organizations of all kinds, from Greensburg to Indianapolis and all the way to Brazoria County, Texas.
From excavating companies and financial advisors to nonprofits, churches, clothing boutiques, restaurants, schools, real estate brokers, and more, I’ve had the opportunity to help tell stories through web design, branding, social media management, photography, videography, and copywriting. It has truly been one of the greatest joys of my career!
Earlier this year, I completed my Ph.D. in Christian Leadership from Liberty University. That journey helped clarify where the Lord has equipped me and where my passions lie. Throughout my time serving as Executive Director of All for One Ministries, I’ve learned a lot about myself as a leader. I’ve discovered where I lead well, where I need to grow, and what it truly means to carry the weight of leadership, especially as a follower of Jesus. Leadership can be lonely, isolating, confusing, joyful, exciting, and deeply rewarding, sometimes all at the same time. Those experiences have fueled a passion to come alongside other leaders because healthy organizations can’t exist without healthy leaders.
Behind the scenes, I’ve been building and refining two frameworks that have become the foundation of this next chapter. Shepherd360 is a research backed leadership assessment and executive coaching framework developed from my qualitative dissertation research. It helps organizational leaders better understand their leadership behaviors and develop with greater intentionality — all from a biblical perspective. Alongside it, I’ve also been developing Catalyst, a strategic planning framework designed to help nonprofits and churches clarify their mission, strengthen organizational health, and build a roadmap for lasting capacity and impact.
Because of all of this, I’m excited to officially share the next chapter.
Sefton Creative Co. is now The Sefton Group.
We will continue providing the same high quality marketing services our clients have come to know and trust. Web design, branding, photography, videography, social media, and marketing strategy will remain an important part of what we do. At the same time, the primary focuses of The Sefton Group will be executive coaching, leader and team development, and organizational consulting.
The same creativity, strategic thinking, and dedication aren’t changing. They are simply being applied in even deeper ways to help leaders and organizations thrive.

I’m excited to continue serving as Executive Director of All for One Ministries while also coming alongside businesses, churches, nonprofits, and leaders through The Sefton Group.
