THIS could be costing you website leads.
Not having a clear call-to-action high enough on your web page.
Making this mistake could mean you’re missing opportunities to convert visitors to customers.
If you don’t have a CTA button on your homepage or service pages that is visible above the fold (what people see when the website first loads) - add one.
A CTA button might be:
- Request a free quote
- Book now
- Call now

If you want more people to see your website, then do this:
Submit your website to Google.
Just publishing a website doesn’t mean Google knows your site exists. So, you need to tell it.
How do you submit your website to search engines?
You need to sign up for Google Search Console (it’s free) and submit your sitemap.
A sitemap helps search engines understand your website.
Wondering how to get your sitemap?
Here’s how if you have a website on Wordpress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify or GoHighLevel:
WordPress (with Yoast SEO):
Install and activate Yoast SEO, then visit yourdomain.com/sitemap_index.xml to view your sitemap.
Wix:
Wix automatically creates your sitemap, so simply visit yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml to access it.
Squarespace:
Squarespace automatically generates a sitemap that can be found at yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml.
Shopify:
Shopify automatically creates a sitemap for your store, which you can find at yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml.
GoHighLevel:
GoHighLevel does not automatically create XML sitemaps for websites, so you’ll need to generate one in your domain settings.
After finding your sitemap, submit the sitemap URL to both Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools (Bing is free too!) so search engines can discover, crawl, and list your web pages in search results.

Here’s how you get your website in front of your IDEAL client 👇
Targeting longer keyword phrases will help you target very specific clients.
Let me break it down…
You definitely need to target both broad and specific keyword phrases on your website.
Broad keywords are short 1-2 words and look like this:
“Graphic designer”
“Online coach”
“Massage therapist”
This casts a large net for website visibility.
BUT as you build out more content on your website, you can target longer keyword phrases.
This is what helps you get in front of a very specific audience, and your most ideal clients.
Here are some examples:
👉 graphic designer for a small business in Charlotte NC
👉 online fitness coach for women over 40
👉 deep tissue massage therapist in Wilmington NC
Targeting longer keyword phrases means you’re targeting a more niched down group of people with a very specific need.
Doing this, will help you get found on Google by your most ideal clients!
If you’re a business owner trying to rank higher on Google, follow along for more tips like this.

Here are 5 questions business owners should ask before paying anything for SEO:
1️⃣ What does your strategy include?
Find out if an SEO strategy includes blogging, page building, link building, or anything else.
2️⃣ What is the realistic demand in my market?
Someone who analyzes SEO should be able to give you an idea of the search volume and how competitive your target search phrases are.
3️⃣ How will you measure success?
For a business that sells through its website, an increase in online sales would be key. For a service-based business, you may be looking for more leads.
4️⃣ What is a realistic timeline to see results?
Understanding how much time it might take to see the results you’re looking for can be the difference between successful SEO or a campaign that’s abandoned too early.
5️⃣ What level of investment matches my stage of business?
Business owners should decide what marketing strategy needs to be prioritized for where their business is and where they want it to be one or two years from now.

Being married to a man who loves history, that means we take a lot of trips to battlefields. Recently we went to Spotsylvania and Fredericksburg.
A few things stood out, which are reflected in the pictures:
- The courage of a 19 year old who for two hours ran water to the injured solders on the opposing side
- The number of people who died in battle who we don’t even know their names and are buried in shared graves
- The loss of life from war and the ripple effects it had on their families back home
Today, on Memorial Day, we honor the fallen soldiers and remember our freedom isn’t free. 🇺🇸

Here’s the truth about optimizing images for SEO.
Image alt text is way more important than image title tags, and here’s why…
Image Title Tags ⤵️
For user experience
Text that appears when someone hovers over the image
Alt Text ⤵️
For SEO and accessibility
Descriptions that help Google and screen readers
Shows for users if the image doesn’t load
Both are great to have, but if you’re trying to optimize your images for SEO, those image title tags aren’t going to do the trick.
You will need to fill in the image alt text.
