I don’t owe anyone an explanation. I’ve apologized publicly on my page before that my customer service and time commitment isn’t the same as it was a year and a half ago. And I hate that. I built this business on communication and the love of spreading job. I had more flexiblity and a built in safe fail. Both of those things are gone. The business has become too much for just me, and it’s time for my season of Sign Gypsies to end. I want it to continue to grow & continue to be fun, and successful . If I had any idea what was on my Bingo Card for this year, I would have attempted to sell Sign Gypsies before the summer ever started. Before you decide to give me unsolicited advice about how well you don’t think I’m running the business right now, just know - there is absolutely nothing you can say to me I haven’t already thought or said to myself. Again, I’m not perfect, and I have never claimed to be. When I make mistakes, I ask for Grace. If Grace can’t be given over a yard sign, well… then I guess it just it what it is. I failed one of you guys today. Sorry, just never really covers it. I made a human error on my own calendar. I let the customer down, didn't get to surprise to recipient, and let myself down. And if I'm being honest, the last 6 months.... I haven't kept the level of expected Customer Service I've had for the last 8 years. Right now - defeated isn't a strong enough word. I just signed by latest franchise agreement. I'm still actively trying to sell. I'm not going to give up, because I'm not a quitter. But today.... I'm defeated. And again, to the customer I failed to deliver to... My sincerest apologies.
