My first samosa was at Warung Little India at Hanoman street that time. In 2006 Ibu Siti started the warung with the name Warung Nasi Goreng which had Indian, Thailandes and Indonesian cuisine on the menu. After 3 years she focused on Indian Food and changed the name to Warung Little India. After 6 years she moved the business to Sukma street in Tebesaya village but to survive during the pandemic time it had to close. She keeps the fire in the kitchen on by doing Catering and opening stalls at events and markets. And soon you can find Warung Little India stall at Nyuh Kuning Night Market.

As a wise man said to me, put all your talents on the menu, after that you can see which one works well for you then get your focus on it.

Over 20 years, Juice Ja has existed in Ubud. I remember my first year living in Ubud in 2010. I often came to their cafe at Dewi Sita street to enjoy my afternoon with carrot cake and tea. But right before the pandemic they decided to close and continue the business at Suweta street with a new concept. They are also active in joint bazaars, events and weekly markets in Ubud. Well I am still their loyal market because to have their chocolate chip cookies is a must for me while I visit those markets.

So happy that they are part of Nyuh Kuning Night Market which will open on May7th. 2022. They will bring their products and juices to the market.
