Pinnacle welcomes Alé Terrero to our team as education and outreach coordinator. Alé attended college at Loyola University and graduated with specializations in Digital Media and Advertising & PR, and minors in Political Science and Theatre.

Since graduating, Alé has honed their skills in social media, outreach, and web design work through various projects across Baltimore and we’re thrilled to have them join Pinnacle. Outside of mission-driven work, Alé's favorite things include traveling, curating hyper-specific playlists, developing culinary and artistic skills, watching films and theater, and discovering new restaurants.

🕊️ September 11: A Day to Remember, A Call to Come Together

Today, we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the families and communities forever changed. We also remember how, in the days that followed, people came together — across differences, across divisions — to support one another.

That spirit of unity is something we need now more than ever. Too often, we fall into the habit of “othering” those who don’t share our views. But peace, progress, and healing come when we choose compassion over judgment, and understanding over fear.

As we honor this day, may we recommit to building bridges, lifting each other up, and remembering that what connects us is always stronger than what divides us.

We’re honored to have helped bring these powerful stories to life.
Pinnacle Communications had the privilege of interviewing brave individuals like Kerry, who are living with early-onset dementia and sharing their experiences to help others. From conducting interviews to producing and placing the final videos across media platforms, our team supported every step of this effort—funded through a contract with the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services—to encourage early screening.
Because when people know early, they have more time to plan, connect, and live fully. 💙

We are thrilled to announce that Pinnacle's "My Best Me Is V**e Free" program has won a Silver Award at SMANA's Social Marketing Awards! 🥈✨

Our campaign, recognized in the Best Public Health category, tackled the rising trend of va**ng and ma*****na use among youth. By targeting specific peer groups and tailoring our message to resonate with their values and beliefs, we were able to deliver a powerful and cost-effective campaign that truly made a difference.

This award is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team and our client the Anne Arundel County Department of Health. Together, we are making strides in promoting healthier choices and brighter futures for our youth. 🌟
