Dear LocaGo Community,
To ensure a smooth process for registering refunds or exchanging Pet Training Certificates, the system is finalizing the necessary preparations, and the program will officially open for registration on February 28, 2025.

Due to the delay in activation, we have extended the registration deadline to March 15, 2025, allowing all users sufficient time to make a decision.

Refund or Conversion Policy

✅ For Pet Training Certificate Packages
• $55 Certificate: Can be directly exchanged for one LocaAI Glasses (valued at $99) without any additional fees.
• $25 Certificate: Users can add LCG to receive LocaAI Glasses at the exchange rate available at the time of registration.
• If users do not register for glasses, the certificate purchase amount will be refunded on May 1, 2025, according to the following policies:
• If purchased with USDT: Refund will be issued in USDT.
• If purchased with LCG: Refund will be issued in LCG.

✅ For Pet Training Certificates awarded with Mining Packages
• Activated Certificates: Users can choose to convert to LocaAI Glasses or receive LCG
• Unactivated Certificates: Will be converted into a premium service package valued at $60, usable within the LocaAI ecosystem.
