Congratulations is in order for Ted Branson and the Landmark Industrial Division! 🎉🏭

Under the leadership of Ted Branson, Landmark Commercial Real Estate has officially launched a dedicated Industrial Division, bringing together specialists Roc Cyphert, Renda Robertson, John Potts, and Tate Brumfeld, supported by Landmark’s marketing and brokerage team.

This new division will serve tenants, developers, and employers across Wichita and beyond, from new facility developments to industrial land, leasing, and investment opportunities.

Landmark’s industrial listings now span the Wichita region and surrounding communities, including El Dorado’s 50-acre business park, Hutchinson, Newton, Wellington, and a recent closing in Topeka.

“It’s a way to multiply experience and share the expertise we’ve built in the industrial market,” Branson said.

The division officially launched in September, marking another milestone in Landmark’s continued growth across Kansas.
