We have been constantly updating ourselves with the rules and regulations and carefully abiding by them with the help of our partner suppliers, whether it be the safety team that keeps us in check, or the studios we rent to make sure the place is sanitized right before our projects begin.

We’re very much appreciative of the patience and understanding between our team and our respective clients in terms of virtual/online approvals and other adjustments that go with it. Learning by doing has been key.

This goes without saying - how immensely grateful our team has been for the trust that has been given to us so far at such uncertain times.

After three months of working from our homes and just constantly communicating online, this was our first on-location shoot when we hit GCQ. The team had to be vigilant for everyone’s safety.

Here are some of the shoot protocols that we carried out given our new normal -- monitor shoots remotely (clients, agency, and sometimes producers) to reduce the number of heads, wear masks (add goggles and face shields, if possible), practice physical distancing, have a medic and/or safety officer at the shoot location, and have individually boxed meals for everyone instead of the usual buffet/family-style spread.

The lack of other key people’s physical presence and timely approvals have broken our usual production flow but we’ll get the hang of it eventually. The opportunity to work though, supersedes the adjustments we all have to go through.

As the world hits pause, it gives us at OTT the opportunity to hit play. We would like to inform you that the organizers of “Sound Mind in a Crazy World: Access to a Whole Being” have decided to postpone the workshop scheduled on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at XCEPTION in Makati City due to the COVID-19 advisory.
