Seven worlds… or one story waiting to be revealed?
This is only the beginning.

From green screen to an immersive display. 🏀

For this shot, we transformed a green-screen setup by creating and integrating a large-scale 3D screen displaying a dynamic basketball court environment. Combining keying, clean-up, environment replacement, relighting, integration and final compositing while preserving every detail of the original performance.

From raw footage to the final world, this is how we turn production limitations into cinematic possibilities.

From one live-action shot to multiple worlds.

Using the original footage as our foundation, we explored how AI-assisted workflows can transform the same scene into completely different cinematic environments

A quick breakdown showing how AI can accelerate environment exploration, visual development, and creative decision-making.

One shot. Multiple transformations.

Starting from a single green screen plate, we rebuilt the environment, then explored different character transformations including de-aging, aging, and stylized golden facial artwork.

A quick experiment showing how AI can expand creative possibilities across environment design, character work, and visual development.

Which transformation worked best for you?

This scene was originally created as part of a commercial we worked on.

Out of curiosity, we decided to revisited it with a simple challenge:

How much of the VFX process can be rebuilt in minutes using AI?

Starting from the original green screen plate, we generated mattes, rebuilt environments, relit the scene, and created a new final composite, guided by the experience of our artists.

A glimpse of where the future of VFX pipelines is heading.

One scene. Four different worlds.

Starting from a single green screen plate, we explored multiple visual directions using AI-powered environment generation:

• Abandoned Flooded City
• Shattered Celestial Realm Above the Clouds
• Volcanic Wasteland
• Haunted Forest

A quick exploration of how AI can accelerate visual development, worldbuilding, and creative decision-making during pre-production.

Which environment tells the strongest story?
