Joelle 700 Montague has been involved in music since she was younger listening to her cousins in her grandmother's living room making music. An all time dream of her's has always been to be on radio and the

first was to be on Pittsburgh's WAMO but because she has a great ability to write, she decided to take it to the next level. She has written many poems and rhymes but nothing else compared to being on the radio. She first became a personality on Gutter Radio, where her cousin Gutter gave her the name 700 Decibels and made her name bigger on Snap Out radio. She conducted several interviews on Snap Out radio and created very important friendships. Now 700 had her own show and she had over 100,000 people listening to her show from all around the world on www.keepinit700.com through BlogTalk Radio. In 2015, she is embarking on a new journey on http://square1nation.com/ with her new show. 700 also has experience in event planning, managing artists, blogging, and promoting.
