Who will be tuning in for the Winter Olympics? I will definitely be following the ice skating, it has always been a favourite of mine⛸️it was a real treat going all the way to Bristol Ice Rink on school outings. Then there was that time I nearly broke my knee on an ice rink in New Zealand - backpacking with no travel insurance 🙈

And I am still quietly hoping they will make Skijoring an Olympic sport one day!!… now that I would be glued to 🐎❄️

Back in Blighty and suddenly realising just how spoilt we were for bread in France… 🥖No more easy access to croissants and baguettes where we are! so it was clearly time for a small but important reinvestment.

Cue the bread maker. And oh my goodness, I had forgotten how lush it is to wake up to the smell of a freshly baked loaf. 😋

We went for another Panasonic as our last one gave us years of loyal service. The newer version has some brilliant settings, so I am fully committed to working my way through them all. 😅 Is it great for the waistline? Possibly not! but it is definitely healthier than supermarket bread full of additives.
