Congrats to Delfin and Jessica on their BRAND NEW wellness space! 🎉

Generator Wellness has moved — and IMPROVED — into a beautiful spot off of S Lamar and Oltorf and their GRAND OPENING is today from 5pm-8pm! It’s almost been 8 years to the day since they opened their original location at Seaholm.

You’ll have access to a welcoming space with sauna, compression, cold and hot plunges, red light therapy, physical therapy and wellsuite.co where health practitioners can rent suites right from their mobile app to provide care.

Can’t wait to check it out! If you wanna be my guest to the grand opening, let me know! 💛

Words to live by: Keep Austin Kind! ✌️ Keep Austin Kind

Sure we keep Austin weird, but we can’t lose that kindness and southern hospitality either!

Bonus 📸 of Teddy, obviously.

Rounding out this year’s lululemon Austin ambassadors is yoga teacher Gabby Heim! 🎉 🧘‍♀️

I actually think some of the spots we took these pictures at are under water at Lake Travis right now. We did have some iffy weather that day, but I’m so glad we chanced it! 🌧️ 😍

Lastly, you can find Gabby’s creative yoga classes at YogaSix.

About 7 years ago Katie Hayes Speidel and I met for this first time to talk about if a location was going to be good for a Lagree studio. Fast forward to today and she’s opened MULTIPLE Urban Lagree locations in multiple cities while also having a full-time job. 🤩 Absolutely INCREDIBLE!

Congratulations on your lululemon Music Lane ambassadorship! 🏆

She’s a vibe. 🔥 Makenzie Mowat | Austin Fitness & Wellness Creator classes are mixed with style, intensity, and laughter at YTX Yoga, Pilates, Cycle, & Strength and Life Time South Lamar. 💪
