First-time podcast GUESTS - don't make your host sift through a page(s)-long bio. (You are providing a bio, right???)

Distill it into one, maybe two short paragraphs, touching on a couple of major career/business/hobby/whatever points. The host is not going to read your entire one-pager (they shouldn't, anyway) and will rewrite it to hit the highlights. Help them out. And if they're interested in more detail, they'll bring it up during the interview.
