💧 THE INCREDIBLE POWER
OF A TINY MOLECULE...

OK, so not many people have heard of molecular hydrogen-rich water, let along know what it does once it enters our bodies...

As you take a sip, the dissolved molecular hydrogen (H₂) travels down into your stomach and is absorbed into your bloodstream. Because it's the smallest molecule in existence, it can diffuse rapidly throughout the body.

Unlike many larger molecules, H₂ is small enough to pass through cell membranes and reach places that are difficult for many substances to access, including the mitochondria (our cells' "power stations") and even directly into the brain!

Once there, it helps by selectively reducing certain highly reactive oxidants, while also supporting the body's own antioxidant defence systems. Rather than forcing the body to do something unnatural, it supports many of the protective processes our bodies already have.

I think that's one of the things I find most fascinating... it's not a drug or a vitamin. It's simply molecular hydrogen (H₂), a naturally occurring molecule that researchers around the world continue to study for its role in supporting health.

Look up 'Molecular Hydrogen water' in Pub Med where there's growing research of over 3000 studies already to support this.

If only medical professionals would consider recommending alternatives like this before simply writing out scripts for expensive drugs that don't address the root problem... 🤔

💙 A little milestone I'm really proud of...

Over the past few months I've been studying through the Molecular Hydrogen Institute and I'm excited to have officially completed my H₂ Advisor Certification.

As a teacher, I love understanding the why behind things, not just repeating what someone else says. This course has given me a much deeper appreciation for the fascinating science behind molecular hydrogen.

One fact that completely amazed me...

💧 MOLECULAR HYDROGEN (H₂) IS THE SMALLEST MOLECULE IN EXISTENCE.

I'm such a nerd 🤓 and honestly find this fascinating!

Its tiny size means it can diffuse rapidly throughout the body, including into cells and tissues.
Growing research suggests it may help support healthy cellular function, the body's own antioxidant systems, and healthy inflammatory responses.

Stay tuned over the next few weeks as I unpack more of the fascinating science I've been learning, in simple everyday language.

If you've ever been curious about molecular hydrogen (or even if you've never heard of it!), I'd love to help you discover what all the excitement is about.

A few years ago, I found myself asking some difficult questions.

Not because I didn't love teaching.

Not because I wanted to leave.

But because my health was making me realise I couldn't keep pushing along the way I had been.

Between teaching, family life and trying to manage few underlying health issues, there were days when simply getting through the week felt like an achievement.

What worried me most wasn't where I was then.

It was wondering what would happen if things got worse...

Would I still be able to work the same way?
Would I still be plodding along doing the same thing in 5 years...?
Would I still be able to contribute financially to my family and go on those holidays we'd talked about?

That's when I started looking for another way.

Not as an escape plan.

As a backup plan.

Looking back now, I'm really grateful I didn't wait until things became unbearable before exploring another option.

Assessment and reporting is FINALLY DONE. 🥳🎉

It's amazing what you can achieve when there's an actual deadline involved!

Over the past few weeks, I successfully completed a range of highly urgent and important tasks, including:

Horse riding
Gardening
Baking
Organising random drawers
Looking through old photos
Taking kids to the show
Meal prepping
Washing the car
Deep cleaning the fridge
Reorganising the pantry..

And somehow... despite all of these critical priorities... the reports still got finished.

To all my fellow teachers currently crawling towards the finish line, we've nearly made it!

Here's to one last week of fun, games, projects, messy desks, excited kids and counting down to holidays.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have absolutely no idea what to do with myself without a report deadline hanging over my head. 🤪

What used to take 5 minutes now takes 50...

On Friday I dealt with a student incident straight after first break.

Years ago, it probably would've been a fairly straightforward conversation, a consequence, and everyone moved on.

The other day, it took a good chunk of learning time to sort through, then my own break to follow up with reports, phone calls and documentation.

As I sat there afterwards, it got me thinking...

I don't actually think teaching is getting easier.

In many ways, the role seems more complex than ever. More expectations, more documentation, more communication, more pressure.

And while I still genuinely enjoy working with kids, it's one of the reasons I started looking at ways to create more options for my future.

Not because I wanted to leave teaching.

But because hoping things would eventually get easier didn't really feel like much of a strategy.

Anyone else feel like the job has changed a lot over the years? 🍎

I’m that teacher… the one who’ll happily pop on bunny ears and have a bit of fun with the kids 🐰☺️

But also the one who stops and asks…
“Do we actually know why we’re celebrating this?”

Last week we had some really interesting chats around Easter.
Some of the kids knew it was a Christian celebration… many didn’t.
We talked about how eggs symbolise new life.
Where the bunny idea came from.
And how over time, things can shift from meaning… into marketing.

I think it’s so important that our kids understand the story behind things, not just follow along because everyone else is.
That’s something I’ve always been passionate about in the classroom.
Helping kids think, question, and understand the bigger picture.

And in a funny way… it’s also something that’s carried over into what I do outside of teaching now.
I still get to educate, support, and guide…
But also help other women, especially educators, create a way to earn alongside what they’re already doing.

Because when we support the people raising and teaching our kids,
everything flows better.

It really does take a village 💛

Quick heads up ☺️

It turns out Facebook has done something a bit strange with my business inbox over the past few weeks. When some people try to message me it shows “This person is unavailable on Messenger” and I appear as “Facebook User”.

So if you’ve clicked one of my posts or ads recently wanting the info about creating income online alongside teaching and thought I was ignoring you… I promise I’m not! 🤦‍♀️

If that was you, just send me a quick message here on my personal page https://www.facebook.com/gabby.bulger and I’ll make sure you get the info.

There are so many educators looking for something flexible alongside their current roles right now and I’d hate for anyone to miss out because of a cheeky Facebook glitch.

A few years ago, if someone mentioned “online business” to me…
I’d just tune out.

It sounded salesy. Complicated. Risky.
A bit “not for people like me.”
So I ignored it.

I was busy teaching, raising three boys, managing my health, just trying to keep everything steady.

I didn’t have time to understand something that challenged what I thought I knew about money and work.

But then something changed.
I realised my job and my health weren’t guaranteed.

And suddenly, the idea I’d been leaning away from… felt worth leaning into.

I didn’t jump in blindly.
I asked questions.
I watched.
I listened.

I let myself feel a bit silly not knowing the terminology.

And here’s what I discovered:
Underneath all the noise, there’s a real shift happening.

More women building income online.
More educators creating backup plans.
More families choosing options instead of pressure.

The online space isn’t slowing down.
It’s accelerating.

And the women who are willing to understand it, instead of dismiss it, are positioning themselves differently for the next decade.

I used to ignore the conversation.
Now I’m part of it.
Not because I wanted to quit teaching.
Not because I was burnt out.

But because I didn’t want to be the one who leaned out of something simply because I didn’t understand it.

What are you leaning away from right now… that might actually deserve a closer look?

Australia 🇦🇺
The lucky country.

Australia Day always gives me that reminder to feel grateful.

We’re so lucky to live in a country where our kids are safe, educated, and we have opportunities that so many others around the world don’t.

To all the teaching mums…
I’m thinking of you as the school year kicks off tomorrow.
Big smiles, strong coffee.. you'll be fine! 😅

Wishing you a great year ahead!!
