When I get a new project, I am well aware of the goal to sell. However, I rather monitor the engagement first. What participation can we make that people are naturally going to go to the buy button themselves without us driving them to it? My tip, get to know your client even more and convert them. People want to feel trust and comfort, and if you can deliver this feeling, they will buy.

Just recently I had a conversion with a client in retail. We've discussed the potential of implementing a VIP program which would consist of 50$ a year and get access to privates events and exclusive discounts. After running a survey on their database, the return has been quite impressive to whom would sign up. If the numbers added up this would generate a potential of 50 000$ extra a year in revenue. Do you have a similar experience and has it worked? I am curious to find out so that way we can maximize our return once we launch the VIP program.

Unlike a billboard, it will stay up, but in social media it can be brought down, hiding or gain a negative return. If your ad ever experiences ad fatigue you can always update the headline, the image or narrow the targeting to prevent this effect to take place.

In regards to lead generation and landing pages, every visitor that converts and reach the thank you page is invited to like the page. If the lead "Likes" the FB page, we are talking about a double conversion. Have you heard of the saying "2 birds one stone"! ;)

We recently got feedback from a client telling us that a new client of him chose to do business because he felt his landing page was appealing vs. the big franchise names. This made a proof that a local shop can be very powerful only because they display a brand of trust as oppose of trying to sell. The way we set up his landing page is by trying to understand the needs of the visitor and reassuring that we have solutions. Simple said, but not everyone is applying this common sense.
