Money does buy happiness ↴ I don’t care who what they say lol money buys a lot of things that brings happiness and not a lot of people want to admit that haha I’ve been paying for my family’s dinner more often than not now because in exchange they let me karaoke my heart out to songs they might not like 🤭 If you know me, I absolutely LOVE karaoke lol. ✨ Restaurant food makes me happy. ✨ Buying concert tickets for my baby sister makes me happy (to see her happy). ✨ Taking my partner to places he’s never been before (like Disneyland) makes me happy. ✨ Traveling with my family makes me happy. ✨ Having the gas money to go wherever I want whenever I want makes me happy. ✨ Going to musicals & orchestras with my loved ones makes me happy. ALL of that requires money. And no, I’m not saying money buys everything but its damn near close… It’s still so wild to me that I now work for myself and make money in my sleep. I could’ve never imagined my life turning out like this and for the first time ever I’m excited about the future. Anyone else love singing High School Musical? The risk I took was only $500… And yes I say ONLY cuz there are courses out there upwards of $2,000 and a degree to learn exactly the same thing costs around $40,000… lol so yes comparatively, it’s way less risk. A year ago I used to be a CNA at a family practice and I would come home every day tired to the bone 😭 My feet would always hurt and I never had the energy to spend time with my family or partner, I just wanted to sleep! I traded my life & time for a clinic that couldn’t care less about me They didnt want to hire another CNA because it was cheaper to just have me cover FOUR doctors 🙄 I helped keep that clinic afloat during the pandemic and how did they repay me? By laying off half the staff including me Not even a damn recommendation letter??? 😤 That was the moment I decided to stop trading my life away to make OTHER people rich I wanted to make passive income so I could STAY HOME with my loved ones So I could have THE ENERGY to go on adventures with them To actually COOK for them! I didn’t even have the time to do that! And I really love cooking 🥘🍲🍝🍳 My partner has been with me at my lowest, my brokest, my most depressed & has stuck by me through it all All he ever wants is to spend time with me and I want to do everything in my power to give him that ♥️🥺 So I took a course. I learned what I needed to learn. I built my own business. And I started posting silly little videos. Now I average $2.5k a month and climbing. I can do it with a broken heart ⤵ 💾 Save this for when you need motivation! If you would’ve asked me back in 2020 to start my own business by selling digital products online, I would’ve laughed in your face... In 2020 I was in a terrible DA marriage just DREAMING of the day I could finally break away. After finally finding the courage to leave in 2021, I lost my home, my brand new car, my amazing job, my dignity, my self-confidence, my pride, all of it. Gone. 😞 I honestly never thought I would be happy again. I never graduated college (dropped out 3 times) and I only had a couple trade school certs under my belt so I managed to get a CNA job at a local clinic. Going from getting paid $48 an hour when I was married to $15 an hour after the fallout was a huge hit to my self worth. I felt defeated and trapped. 😢 No one was hiring me for higher pay and just when I thought things couldn’t get any worse, the clinic had lay offs. I was again out of a job. All the DoorDashing and InstaCarting couldn’t save me from my struggles. Then my car broke down... omg it was just awful and it makes me emotional just thinking about it. I cried myself to sleep too many times to count. I had seen videos about selling digital products floating around my feeds but I ignored it because it seemed to good to be true. But by this point I had nothing to lose. So I maxed out my credit card to invest into a course (I don’t recommend maxing your card!) 😱 Fast forward to today, I made over $5k in the month of May and I’m on track to hit over $2.5k in the month of April. 🎉 It might not seem like a lot but in my last job, I was getting paid $2,5000 a month so I’ve managed to match my old salary twice now.
