MOM’S FAMOUS CREAM PUFFS 😋
Ingredients :

1 stick butter
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1c flour
4 eggs
MOM’S FAMOUS FILLING:
1 PINT HEAVY CREAM
1 PACKAGE (3.4 OUNCES) INSTANT VANILLA PUDDING
⅓ CUP MILK

Instructions

Bring the water, butter and vanilla to a boil. Add flour.
Stir constantly until it leaves the side of the pot and forms a ball. Remove and cool.
Beat in the 4 eggs, one at a time until smooth.
Drop by T. onto parchment lined cookie sheets (You want 8 for nice large ones) and bake at 400 degrees for about 40 minutes.
(Pro tip: Can poke with a toothpick once out of the oven, then return them to the oven with it shut OFF and crack the door while they cool. This prevents them from deflating)
LET COOL.
Slice in half and pipe or scoop in Mom’s filling. Dust with powdered sugar or pour on melted chocolate.
Filling
Beat all in mixer until thick!

Homemade Krispy Kremes

Ingredients:

• 2 1/4 teaspoons (1 packet) active dry yeast
• 1/4 cup warm water (105°F to 115°F)
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar, plus 1 teaspoon
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 1/2 cup whole milk, lukewarm
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

For the Glaze:

• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation:

Step 1: Prepare the Yeast Mixture

• In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.

Step 2: Make the Dough

• In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, lukewarm milk, egg, vanilla extract, and the yeast mixture.
• Gradually add the flour, 1/4 cup sugar, and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms.
• Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
• Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.

Step 3: Shape the Donuts

• Roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thickness. Cut out donuts using a donut cutter or two differently sized round cutters.
• Place the cut donuts on a parchment-lined baking sheet, cover, and let them rise again until doubled, about 30 minutes.

Step 4: Fry the Donuts

• Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
• Fry the donuts in batches, about 1 minute per side, until golden brown.
• Remove and drain on paper towels.

Step 5: Make the Glaze

• Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.

Step 6: Glaze the Donuts

• While the donuts are still warm, dip each into the glaze, coating both sides.
• Place on a wire rack to let excess glaze drip off.

Step 7: Serve

The only bread recipe I have been successful with. Quick, easy, and tastes great!!
Makes two loaves.
2cups warm water
1/4cup sugar
1.5 tbsp yeast
1.5 tsp salt
1/4cup vegetable oil
5.5 cups flour (I just used all purpose)
Dissolve sugar in warm water. Add yeast and let proof. Mix oil into yeast mixture once proofed.
Mix flour and salt in separate bowl.
Add dry mixture to wet mixture one cup at a time and stir / mix until soft dough forms.
Knead for 3-5 minutes.
Place in oiled bowl, turn over to coat both sides. Let rise one hour.
Punch down, shape into loaves. Place into greased bread pans. Let rise 30-40 minutes.
Bake at 350 for approx 30 minutes. Brush tops with butter while warm.

Philly Cheesesteak Sliders
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 large green pepper, thinly sliced
1⁄2 pound of fresh shaved steak
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1⁄2 teaspoon of ground garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 – 12 pack of sweet bread buns
6 slices of provolone cheese
1 tablespoon of melted butter
1 teaspoon of dried thyme (not ground)
1⁄2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large pan, heat oil and add in onions and green peppers. Cook over medium high heat, stirring occasionally until peppers and onions have softened.
Next, add shaved steak, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Cook steak, breaking it apart with two forks to prevent steak from clumping. Cook until the steak is no longer red. Set pan to the side.
Slice sweet rolls in half horizontally, while keeping the 12 pack of buns intact. Place onto a baking sheet. Spread steak mixture over the bottom half of the buns, evenly. Top with cheese slices and the top half of the buns.
In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, dried thyme, and Worcestershire sauce together. Brush butter mixture generously over the top of the buns.
Place sliders in the oven and bake for 17-20 minutes or until the top of the buns are golden and the cheese has melted. Serve and enjoy! ❤️

HOW MANY PEOPLE HERE STILL CARE ABOUT MY RECIPES RAISE HAND.

Strawberry bombs these are irresistible!

INGREDIENTS:

300g (2 cups) flour
1 egg
45g (1/4 cup) sugar
pinch of salt
7g dry yeast
140 ml (3/5 cup) hot milk
40 g (1/4 cup) softened butter

For the decoration:

Whipped cream
Strawberries, chopped
Granulated sugar

METHOD:

Step1: In a medium bowl, combine sugar, yeast and milk and stir to dissolve.
Step2: Whisk the egg. Add the flour and salt, and start kneading the dough with a spatula. Then continue kneading with your hands until you get an elastic dough.
Step3: Add the softened butter and continue kneading until the butter is well incorporated into the dough.
Step4: Form a ball with the dough, cover with a tea towel or plastic wrap and let rise for an hour.
Step5: Divide the dough into 8 parts and roll each into a ball. Cover and let stand 30 minutes.
Step6: Flatten each ball a little and roll it into a ball again. Cover and let rest for another 30 minutes.
Step7: Fry the balls in hot oil over low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Step8: Cool slightly and cut in half lengthwise, like a burger bun.
Step9: Garnish half with whipped cream and chopped strawberries, close with the other half, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.

BUTTER CAKE RECIPE

🌟 INGREDIENTS

◾️2 large eggs
◾️125 grams of flour
◾️125 grams of sugar
◾️½ cup of butter
◾️½ cup of milk
◾️1 tablespoon vanilla or orange essence
◾️1 tablespoon baking powder
◾️½ teaspoon of salt

🌟 PREPARATION

◾️Preheat the oven to 180°c and place the paper cups in the shortbread mold.

◾️In a container, place the flour and baking powder, then reserve it.

◾️In another container, beat the sugar and the eggs until all the sugar has completely dissolved.

◾️Proceed to add the milk, the vanilla/orange zest and thoroughly mix together.

◾️Add oil gradually and slowly, while you mix until you achieve a uniform and homogeneous mixture.

◾️To this mixture, add the flour mixture along with ½ teaspoon of salt.

Keep mixing, but not as much

◾️Then let it rest for about 15 minutes.

◾️Pour the batter to the mold that you already have ready.

◾️Bake for 20 minutes in the oven.

◾️Let them cool for a couple of minutes and they are ready to be eaten.

LEMON MERINGUE CHEESECAKE
Ingredients
Crust:
2 cups shortbread cookie crumbs
¼ cup melted butter
Filling:
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup white sugar
4 large eggs
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
1 medium lemon, zested
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Meringue Topping:
4 large egg whites
¼ cup white sugar
¼ teaspoon cream of tartar (Optional)
1 ½ cups lemon curd
Directions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Make the crust: Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter together in a bowl until evenly combined; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Make the filling: Beat cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar together in a bowl with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla until smooth, scraping the bottom and sides of the bowl as needed. Spread mixture over crust in the springform pan.
Bake in the preheated oven until almost set in the center, about 1 hour. Let cool to room temperature, about 1 hour, then refrigerate until completely cooled, at least 3 to 4 hours.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Make the meringue: Beat egg whites in a bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Beat in sugar and cream of tartar until mixture is glossy and stiff peaks form.
Spread lemon curd over chilled cheesecake. Mound whipped egg whites over top and spread until curd is completely covered.
Bake in the preheated oven until meringue is golden brown, about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and chill, uncovered, in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or up to 1 day before serving. Don't cover the meringue or it may collapse.

Granny’s Cocoa Cream Pie

½ c. cocoa
¼ cup cornstarch/or arrowroot powder (or ½ c. all purpose flour)
3 egg yolks
1 ½ c. sugar
¼ tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cocoa, cornstarch, beaten egg yolks; sugar and salt, then add milk gradually, while stirring in a pot over med-high heat. Cook until thick, beating it smooth. Cream pies take some time to thicken, so stir... and stir (10-15 min). Using a heavy bottom pan really helps. Just keep it up until it thickens. Pour into a pre-baked pie shell. Put in the fridge to chill, add whipped cream if you like :0 Or use the left over egg whites for a meringue topping!

Grandma’s Old-Fashioned Bread Pudding with Vanilla Sauce 😍
Ingredients
4 cups (8 slices) cubed white bread
1/2 cup raisins
2 cups milk
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Sauce Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon vanilla
How To Make Grandma’s Old-Fashioned Bread Pudding with Vanilla Sauce
Heat oven to 350°F. Combine bread and raisins in large bowl. Combine milk and 1/4 cup butter in 1-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat until butter is melted (4 to 7 minutes).
Pour milk mixture over bread; let stand 10 minutes.
Stir in all remaining pudding ingredients. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until set in center.
Directions for Sauce:
Combine all sauce ingredients except vanilla in 1-quart saucepan.Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens and comes to a full boil (5 to 8 minutes).
Stir in vanilla
To serve, spoon warm pudding into individual dessert dishes; serve with sauce.Store refrigerated.
