POWER TOOLS WHY 💔... 16 April 2026

Here to express disappointment with power tools today with the incident that just happened with Mansa RATSA 😭🤦

First of all power tools services is and will always be one of my favorite busses in the transport industry but with the incident I just witnessed its so devastating and annoying at the same time...

To cut the long story short the bus from mansa to copperbelt started off late upon covering a certain distance the bus was meet with Mansa RATSA officials who happened to make the bus turn and go back to their offices which to me that didn't sit well with the servicing

Because it's not everyone who was going home to rest and relax some were rushing to weddings funerals and business proposals which now got interapted by the two parties of which it destroyed some people's programs

Why making the whole bus turn around which started off late to the copperbelt because of issues not disclosed to the passengers and now it seems they will make people sleep on the road of which many didn't plan to be..

Asking for a refund was also an issue, Do you know the number of programs that will be affected by so doing?

Ba Mansa RATSA if you saw that bus had faults why didn't you advise them to swap immediately unlike making them to start off again and risking it all for passengers to sleep on the road...

AM SO DISAPPOINTED 😥 AND ANNOYED BY THIS GESTURE BETWEEN POWER TOOLS AND RATSA OFFICIALS IN MANSA.

Advice to power tools be making sure busses are all in align to make sure you provide smooth passenger service...
