The client would benefit from open mindedness, as they are looking for help to grow their business. Although there are clients looking to still add their touch to a project, sometimes its best for the client and the clients funds to allow a marketer/content creator to build what they know will work based on data.⠀

The Marketing Company should be open minded as well in order to learn more. We come to the table to provide a service that can possibly change the direction of a company. But we can also learn more if we went against the grain from time to time to see if your client may be onto something. Talking about the opportunity to learn on the go.⠀

I shared this post from with you guys today as today exactly 1 year ago I took my part-time gig as a Content Creator & Digital Marketing Manager full time.⠀
⠀
I learned so much and been through a lot that taught me through experience. I couldn't be more grateful. I've met some awesome people I'm excited to continue building with and looking forward to expanding my team to support my vision for Gravity Projekts.⠀
⠀
But on a much serious note- Personal Development, should be at the top of our list of things we should always tend to. The main reason is, more than likely, all of our shortcomings is because we did not prep well enough. ⠀
⠀
"You are your No.1 Client" now and forever! Don't forget your dreams and the things you want to accomplish because one day in the distant future you will be sitting there, hopefully with no regrets. ⠀

⁣Remember your first day in Junior High or High School? ⠀

You became cool friends with the person who showed you how to use the combination on your lock to unlock it, right?⠀
What about the dude who fought a bully for you, cause you was too chicken s**t to put those hands up?⠀

As a company, you decided to provide a solution or product to help people in somewhat way shape, or form. Make sure you stand up and support the whole purpose because its the key to "Branding"⠀
⠀
Branding is what they say about you when your not in the room. Support your customer with either providing workshops to help them understand their problem a bit better, or just a cool community to enjoy your product together. Give them the support they need, and they will trust you to find a solution to that problem for the rest of their life.⠀

Be there to catch them, when they least expect it!⠀

⁣There is a possibility you created your company because you were inspired by another company or someone's story. ⠀

Make sure that you take that inspiration and you continue to develop your own voice, as the world doesn't need more than one Apple, or Amazon. Take the concept and do it your way! That's the best way to make a dent in the universe, and hopefully inspire others to take your interpretation and provide another spin on it!⠀

When your preparing to invest money into new ways of reaching your customer, you will save lots of time, frustration, and capital by first testing and doing the necessary research. ⠀
⠀
It takes time, but one thing that clients over the past years hated was trying to shortcut the process, only to find out later, that they missed a vital step. A step that could have possibly saved their business. ⠀
⠀
Don't shortcut this process. Take the time to understand your client's needs better. And just an additional tip...don't add that much pressure to your marketing team for results. The results WILL NOT BE THERE RIGHT AWAY! ⠀

Implemented to organize chaos or the way I like to put it to my clients, ⠀

"We are gonna lose the fat, keep the bones, and add some muscle..." ⠀

But, I support art in its purest form of expression. Nowadays, its silly to illegally vandalize, as we now have our own walls on Instagram, and the other cool Social Media platforms. As a New Yorker born in the 80s, graffiti and "street art" is home to my psyche. It's exciting to see it tucked in street corners, behind signs, and of course, in the subways throughout New York. So I silently say "awesome" whenever I see something that catches my eye.⠀

The most exciting thing about this pic is you have 3 artists collaborating to give you an experience.⠀
⠀
You have the Architect, who designed and built the space to have a particular impact on those who use it. ⠀
⠀
You have a collaborator with the Architect who provided signage for direction/instruction to those using the station.⠀
⠀
And then you have the Freelancer, who is a superhero to many, adding more flavor and creativity to the place. ⠀
⠀
When you think about the station without the graffiti, you have a clean, comfortable place, with the right systems intact for the correct function to exist. And with calligraphy, it screams "Freedom."

❓Do you think Artificial Intelligence will be a key player in the future?

Why or why not?

📬 Note: let's not address the fact it will put humans out of jobs and the societal issues that would occur with AI in the workplace. I personally believe we will adapt as we already have decade after decade of human development.

"Banksy has unveiled a new artwork at Southampton General Hospital in the UK. The piece is titled Game Changer, and it honors healthcare workers during a time when they’ve been needed most.⠀

The black and white piece shows a young boy playing with a doll nurse, while his Batman and Superman figurines sit unused in a basket beside him. The nurse is depicted wearing a face mask and a cape, suggesting that she is the real superhero.⠀

BBC reports that the painting has been hung near the emergency department of the hospital. Banksy then left a note for employees that reads: “Thanks for all you’re doing. I hope this brightens the place up a bit, even if its only black and white.”⠀

Game Changer will remain on display at Southampton General until the fall, when it will be auctioned off to raise money for National Health Service charities.⠀

“The fact that Banksy has chosen us to recognize the outstanding contribution everyone in and with the NHS is making, in unprecedented times, is a huge honor,” said Paula Head, CEO of the University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust. “It will be really valued by everyone in the hospital, as people get a moment in their busy lives to pause, reflect and appreciate this piece of art.
