How do I take CBD? 🤔

The most effective way to take Tessellate CBD oil is sublingually (under the tongue) as it has the best absorption rate.
Our 5% oil will provide 2.5mg of CBD per drop and our 10% oil 5mg per drop, therefore we recommend you starting on 1-2 drops twice a day. Once you begin activating your cannabinoid receptors and feeding your endocannabinoid system, you can increase or decrease amount as you need.

A little thought 💭 for the day 🙂.

I know you have heard it. Maybe you are thinking it right now.

“I’ve had enough, I'm not spending any more money on CBD oil as it did nothing to help me”

I have heard it. I have seen it. I have seen it with my own eyes. I have seen how it has made a difference.

Please don't be disheartened, there could be a number of reasons as to why and I hope to address some of them for you.

🌿A lot of the brands sold in the UK are CBD Isolates, meaning the CBD has been isolated from all the other cannabinoids and terpenes found in H**p and Cannabis. So, over 100+ cannabinoids have been taken out and thrown away. For a CBD Oil to be effective it needs all cannabinoids, flavonoids and terpenes to be present, providing an entourage effect, where all cannabinoids work together on different parts of the body.

🌿 How much exactly in mgs or percentage are you getting in a bottle and dose? A lot of brands say on the bottle it’s 5% CBD, BUT when you see the lab results it actually says 3.5% CBDA plus 1.5% CBD = 5%. When they talk about percentages that’s the measure of what’s in the whole bottle, when they talk about milligrams, that’s the measure of what’s in the whole bottle and how much in each drop.
So how many milligrams are you getting with each drop?

🌿How many drops per dose do you need and is it really cost effective to purchase a cheaper priced bottle that doesn’t last as long as a higher priced bottle. Some brands dosage info is crazy. I read one the other day which was 20 drops per dose 4 times a day. With our oil you could only need 2 drops twice a day.
