2020 & 2021 har det hänt väldigt mycket på alla marknader.

Hur kunder beter sig och hur köp processen ser ut idag.
Volymen på internet trafik under 2020 & 2021 har slagit alla rekord.

Många av dom företagen som har gjort bäst ifrån sig under 2020 & 2021 och till och med haft det bästa året hittills är nog ingen överaskning att det är online företag och entrepenörer som är lätta på fötterna och agerar efter vart marknaden är påväg.

It is looking at a proposition and looking at it from the most basic premises to get fundamental truths. Once the truth are apparent, you can reason-up and figure out the validity of a proposition or assumption.
Without getting further into chemistry, one can deduct that, arguably, the most fundamental material of a brick house is sand.
First principle thinking is more commonly used in other fields than business but can have a very positive effect on your organisation. This type of thinking can be traced back to ancient Greek philosophers and is nowadays used in different scientific disciplines to get to the «true» matter of things.
However, the costs of buying a rocket outright were too high to make SpaceX a successful company. Confronted with that problem, Musk approached it from first principle thinking. He boiled a rocket down to its most fundamental components and materials. He realized that the prices for materials to build a rocket where much lower than buying a rocket outright.

Livstids värdet på en kund.🤝👍

Detta är något som ofta glöms bort och ibland räknar företag inte på dessa siffror.🙀
Men det är en mycket viktig siffra inte bara för att räkna på sin marknadsförings budget men även för att hantera varje kund som en långtids lojal kund.🙌🤝

Exempel:
Medel pris på Köp______ 3000 Kr
Hur ofta på ett år_______3 gånger
Hur länge stannar denna kunden som kund_______ 5 år
3000 X 3 = 9000 kr💰
9000 X 5 = 45 000 kr💰

Referens x1 = 90 000💰

Så detta betyder att en kund 😇 hos din organisation kan vara värt 90 000 kr.
Det är så som vi måste se på kunder som handlar hos er för att ge dom den absolut bästa servicen, det är en ganska stor skillnad på en kund som bara kommer in och handlar en gång till en lojal kund som är nöjd med att handla hos dig.
Detta går även in på din marknadsföring såklart med hur mycket du kan spendera för att attrahera en kund.
Du skulle som organisation om du känner till precis din ideal kund och den kundens värde räkna mycket mer effektivt på din marknadsföring budget.
